I started going to HealthNet when I had a mental health emergency. I needed a medication adjustment, but my old psychiatrist had retired. The receptionists and doctors I saw were so kind to me, and they booked me to see a psychiatrist within a month. I was also given some emergency medication to take care of my severe depression in the meantime. My primary doctor at HealthNet has also been extremely helpful with my other health issues. I see that a lot of the one-star reviews are for the dentist, though, so maybe give them a miss lol

I've been seeing Dr Sutliff for three years. He's far better than any primary care physician I saw in IU Health. He's much more patient and caring, and helps me with referrals. A gem of a gentleman doctor! Committed to excellence on healthcare and the well-being of patients! His new nurse Lindsey is quite pleasant. Healthnet Referrals department actually helps when IU Health referrals are absentee. When there is an issue with a referral, it's the fault of IU Health. Genuinely decent folks, Healthnet. The reception is exceptional: Andrew and Stephen, always respectful and kind (nothing like IU Health). Jennifer at the blood draw is flawless-a tremendous asset! I can't understand negative reviews on healthnet. This clinic provides financial support for hardworking folks of all kinds who really need this, and carries a true appreciation of diversity and humanity. Although I can afford to go to a more fancy clinic, I choose Healthnet over IU Health any day! Really a great community health resource. I extend encouragements for their hard work and professionalism.

Everyone was nice enough. I needed two fillings. The ladies were nice but the actual dentist didn’t even work on my teeth, which I thought was a bit unusual. (He was complaining about his hours and went to get coffee for twenty minutes. And when the fillings were done he didn’t even bother to come look at my teeth..!) The fillings are decent enough but now my teeth are super sensitive and have been for months now. They were not like this at all before my fillings. Sensitive toothpaste does not work to relieve it. I did not really have a choice but to go here, but I might need to go to another dentist office, with actually good ratings.

I would not go here if possible. I wish I had tried harder to get some place else

Andrew at the front desk was AMAZING! Past that, it was not up to my standards! Both of my children struggled with the x-rays, the doctor & the nurse had little to no patients with them. I do not feel their attention was on my children. Also, they tired too cancel my appointment yesterday because of “ a change in staffing”. Not my problem! I guess this is what you get at a government funded facility! I will DEFINITELY be looking elsewhere!

I’ve been a few times staff is very friendly and attentive. I don’t like that the washroom is pretty much in the lobby. No privacy! Other than that I have no complaints.

Lady on the dentist side was very rude would not make me an appointment just kept saying we can keep seeing you for pain you need to go to indianapolis. They refered me to to places one wants $3000 up front the other is not taking new patients. Ive never recieved pain from health everytime I have been in I have a tooth extracted with no medicine so for her to stereotype and assume is wrong. If I could find a dentist I would not go back there she was rude and had an attitude!

HealthNet seems to actively look for excuses to cancel appointments. I got one of those "click to confirm" texts the weekend before my appt., clicked to confirm, and figured all was well. Nope! The morning before the appointment, I got a "courtesy" call saying I needed to confirm my appointment (again, I guess?) or it would be cancelled. They called at 9:30 and cancelled at 11:00, leaving me a whopping 90 minutes in which I could have responded. Not a great policy if you work nights, or ever go 2 hours without checking your phone.

I should've read the other Google reviews.

I dont recommend this place. The staff up front seemed fine, but another woman, a nurse (thin, blonde short bobstyle hairdo, glasses, no name tag) with a horrible disposition comes from the back out of nowhere and starts demanding folks to "put on a mask or get out", even tho folks in the back were not wearing one (according to another patient that had come from that area). Thing is, most people dont like to be told what to do like we're their dogs or pets, adult humans rather be asked to do something and treated like adult humans.
