My child had to go back on 01/11/24 to give a urine sample, my child said that on the cup it only had her first name and date of birth. The nurse took us back to the bathroom that the staff use because she said someone was in the patient bathroom already. Told my daughter to leave the specimen on the rack that was in the restroom. I called on 01/12/24 and ask if any results came back. They told me no but they will call once they receive the results. Today on 01/17/24 I received a phone call from the triage nurse at 5pm(after clinic is closed) to tell me they can’t find the specimen and need us to come back up there for a 3rd time to give an urine sample. They are very unorganized and the nurses do not know what they are doing there! They want me to come back but how can I trust them! We will not be going back. We have been patients for over 10 years now! Ridiculous!

We love Dr. Seele. For awhile we were having to go to the Southwest clinic, but she's seeing patients back at Northeast again. It is always clean and the front desk staff are nice and helpful. The nurses are always friendly.

Had my first appointment last week. Went to pick up medications last weekend to discover the wrong medication had been sent to the pharmacy. I called them Monday and asked them to fix the problem. It's now Friday, I've called them 6 times leaving voicemails and speaking to a "nurse" and the correct medication has still not been called in nor has anyone contacted me to let me know if the problem is going to be fixed. It's not a controlled substance or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. I will find better care somewhere else.

I've had a bad experience here. Saying that during my prenatal care I had to go all the way to the care center for an ultrasound. I was annoyed by all the people I had to see.. different nurses, a lady that came in during every visit .. a doctor sometimes.. It was just too much. So I decided to transfer my care to community north where I know who will be delivereing my baby and also getting a ultrasound all at one place. It was more convenient for me saying that it was closer to where I lived and why not kill two birds with one stone. I figured the process would be fast and simple. It wasn't. I called community north triage and they told me that they would get in contact with Northeast to get them to fax over my information and after that was done to come in.. so I waited approximately 6 days thinking okay maybe they've been held up... NO. I went in to northeast yesterday to see what the hold up was. I sat down and the lady said she put it on high priority and was waiting for my file to get written off on. Okay.... so she made a phone calll to the obgyn office upstairs and they said it was fine for my documents to get released. LOL with just that one phone call. WOW. As a receptionist you should be on that and saw okay it's been a day or 2 let me see what's the hold up was.. no I had to come in after 6 days for it to get done. With that one phone call it was done. And if she needed me to come in to sign off on documents I shouldve been called. After that she handed me my documents and didn't fax over the information like she was originally asked to from Community North. I also gave her the FAX number and the doctor name that I wanted it to get faxed to. NOTHING! I'm very frustrated that this process isn't going as smoothly as it should be. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
