You have to stay by your phone at all times because if you miss a call and call back immediately! They still cancel your appointment! Not to mention they made us wait and go to this location over a kids dentist when we clearly don’t want this location. I’m glad I didn’t have to waste gas to go to the hood anyways!

New office … very convenient for the speedway area. My experience was very pleasant. The staff is very caring and professional. Nurse Shondra and Nurse Erin were awesome !!! I hope to visit again soon

Had my yearly OBGYN check up here recently. I received my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance and was charged 171.00 because the office coded it wrong on my claim me and my insurance representative sat on the phone for a hour trying to get through to the right person to help resolve the problem. We kept getting transferred and hung up on repeatly. In my opinion these individuals are just there to collect a paycheck, patient care is not priority.

The nurses and doctors are great here. Love it. But upon checking in today. I walked up to the window to check in, and Leticia said she wasn't ready for me with a bad attitude. So I took a step back and waited she then asked the girl behind me if she was ready to check in and completely ignored until I said something. I was literally 2 steps from her window. I've never been treated so rude by my doctors office.
