This place is a real find and it's now my go-to for medical equipment and supplies. We rented a mobility scooter for my dad to use while recovering from surgery. We didn't know where to start when it came to choosing a scooter but Vanessa helped us determine the best one for my dad. She even helped me load it in my car! I've also bought a walker and medical supplies here. This store provides a real service by offering quality rentals along with equipment for sale, well-curated medical supplies, and EXCELLENT customer service.

i am so happy i found healthquest. after searching and searching to get medical suppies and equipment, finally i can go in and get what i need. wait! the owner is amazing and cares about the needs of everyone, helpful on the phone, and takes time to get you the right product. i feel very comfortable going in. the employee was very helpful as well. i wil keep coming back.

Great, convenient store with the good choice of different needed stuff. Vanessa is extremely good at doing her job, very attentive and helpful. She will help you to get the right thing that’s fits best.The store is relatively new and it worth checking out. Also I was impressed of how clean, cozy and neat it is. Highly recommend this place if you need to get something useful for the special needs.

Due to supply chain issues I had a very hard time finding the appropriate crutches for my height after I sprained my ankle. Vanessa was the one who helped me and I can't say enough good things about the amazing customer service she provided! I ordered from them online & picked the crutches up in store and she insisted on carrying them out for me.

Bought a mobility scooter for my mom here. The owner is so knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get senior care items. I am so glad I found this place. The owner even helped me life the scooter into my truck and made sure it was secure for the drive. Best business etiquette I've experienced in a ling time.

HealthQuest is a fantastic, family-owned medical supply store. They carry everything you need --- I have already been multiple times to pick up medical supply items. I was happy to see that they fully stock maternity items and breast pumps as well, in addition to wheelchairs, scooters and mobility items. The customer service is topnotch -- highly recommend!!!!
