Office staff and Christopher are horribly unresponsive. Was seen over 2 weeks ago and Christopher / Office staff have continuously blown me off and NOT returned my calls and messages to fill a prescription. I was told someone would respond in a day and it’s now been over 2 weeks and they refuse to reply. I would NOT recommend going to see them. Trust the negative reviews / comments.

Dr Sreepathi is a great Dr and a good dude. The office is very nice with lot's of parking. Pricing is fair and I would highly recommend him if your looking for a psychiatrist.

Update: The provider is lying in their response. I did not at any point ask for a 6 month supply of my medication. I asked for another 30 day supply and was told I would need to schedule an appointment ANY TIME that I needed a refill of my medications regardless of whether or not it was a 30 day supply. Lying in their response about what actually transpired in my interaction with the office admin is yet again another reason not to trust this company. Please see below for my original review.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. My insurance recently changed and I had my initial appointment in June to meet with Dr. Sreepathi to get a refill and continue with my long standing ADHD medication that I've been taking for several years. I was issued a 30 day supply with no refills. When I tried calling for a refill, no one answered and their voicemail was full. They have the option to text, so I texted my refill request and was advised that I would have to make an appointment for the dr anytime I need a refill because the "Doctor has to comply with California state regulations" (see screenshot). I had never heard of this before and had been able to get refills from my previous provider without having to schedule an appointment every month for my 30 day supply of meds. When I asked for clarity on this I was advised via text to call the office. I called and spoke with and admin (didn't give her name), who was not friendly and essentially reiterated this and stated that it's due to a "state policy" and also their office policy that I would have to schedule an appointment every month in order to get a refill for a medication I've been taking for several years. I was told that "they need to follow the law" and that they aren't forcing me to to do anything. It feels like they are using these so called vague "regulations" as an excuse to force patients into unnecessary appointments just to squeeze more money out of us. I could understand being a new patient that they would need to see me for a few additional visits, but being that this is a long standing medication, I thought it was ridiculous that they would force me to meet with the Dr monthly in order to get my medication refilled.

The lack of transparency, lack of customer service from the admin, and the seemingly predatory nature of their tactics has left me no choice but to find a new provider for both myself and my teenage son. Avoid this place if you value transparent practices and clear friendly communication!
