I have went there for 2 years this year has been a nightmare! I had a physical PA put me in BP med when in 130’s! I dropped to 70/30! Then I was anxious over an abnormal test and put me in Lexapro BP went to 218/118! I almost went to hospital! So I know supposed to wean off med but no one would answer the phone all day! I stopped it! I called the next day and no one answered! Had to drive there to tell them! Another test abnormal lab told me they kept saying they didn’t get the result! Then they wanted me to have a blood pressure check again. I had one was 120/70 after I monitored for 2 weeks. Was told told take BP medicine anyway! That’s when it dropped!! Had to drive to Jupiter hospital to get my mammogram & bone density test! I’m done with them!!! I give them a 0!! If I wasn’t a nurse who knows what would have happened! Not everyone checks their blood pressure!!! I forgot to add that I was told to make appointment at Quest for lab work so I did said didn’t need later they would send order to them So I went waited a hour and no order! I called office said would fax I told Quest they said well if they did it will be a hour So I left & called Dr office told me to come in and they would do it so I did K had a very unfriendly medical assistant She blew my vein and was painful and black & blue but i was glad j got it over with! The end!!! By the way I asked for antidepressantsbc they had me scared I had a bad heart over an ekg! Change doctors was perfectly normal!!! After I didn’t sleep for a month!!!😡

It’s been over two weeks trying to get an RX refill. The office staff simply don’t answer the phone and option to leave a message. Drove to office 45 min trip and spoke to staff about need for refill. So far still no response.

I gave 3 stars because I like Dr. Inwood and the PA Zuledys. They sent me for a chest X-ray back on 2/17/23. The referral was not filled out correctly. The diagnostic place went ahead and did the X-ray, they were not going too, I should have left. Instead they took the X-ray and called and left a VM at Healthy Partners telling them they needed to call back and get the issues taken care of. To this day, they have never called. My X-ray is still there and has never been read. I had to pay for an X-ray that was never even read. Also back in February They were supposed to send a referral for a colonoscopy, never did that either. I had an appt this week and finally got that referral before I left. So, I am not very pleased with this practice.

I have never received such poor care. Doctor & NP never retained my previous medical records. Complete lack of care and horrible bedside manner. My first visit everyone “went to lunch” and I was promised a referral would be faxed. It took three days as well as involving a third party to get this done. My second visit there was “an emergency” after I was already brought back and told no else was there to see me.
