Love love love Jen! Firstly, she knows what she’s doing. I always feel 1000% better after I leave. Secondly, she is so kind and knowledgeable I love my visits with her. She is far above a “regular masseuse”, she is a healer. And has the background to do all different types of different techniques. Her pricing is also VERY reasonable, especially for all that she does. You won’t be disappointed!

Jen was essential to me healing from a reactivated chronic Epstein-Barr infection. Through her support using the multiple modalities she is skilled at - Touch for Health Kinesiology, nutritional counseling, talk therapy, and Reiki - I was able to get back to feeling like myself again. I now have a better sense of how to take care of myself moving forward so I can prevent chronic illness from taking over my life. She has an amazing healer and thoroughly knowledgeable practitioner - I recommend her work to everyone!

I have been going to Jen for massage therapy over the past several years now. She has helped me with my cronic back pains and all other ailments that have arose. To be able to go to her during the pandemic was a life saver! She is very good at what she does and is very knowledgeable in a vast number of things, not just massage therapy. She is a woman of many talents, experience and skillsets. I had decided to try Shape Reclaimed in January of 2023. She had already had great success with her own journey for bettering herself. I had put on weight and have had health issues during the pandemic. I am a mostly active person and have been good with my food choices but nothing seemed to work for me. I couldn't lose any weight and i always felt lousy. I had an appt.with her on Jan 22 and decided to start Shape immediately. This was after finding out that Jen is a practioner as well so it wasn't difficult for me to make that jump. Since I had started the program, I have lost my pandemic weight and thensome. I didn't start with a goal weight as my purpose was to fix my inflammation and whatever health problems that I was dealing with. I am now down over 30lbs and am at my lightest since 2015, which now allows me to fit into all my clothes! Not only did i lose weight, I haven't needed to take any sleeping aids, have had quick recoveries from workouts and injuries. I definitely have more energy as I can operate on less sleep but i do sleep well so it's no longer an issue. I have much better self control when making food choicest but I do not completely limit myself as I feel it's necessary for me to be successful on this plan. I have been on phase 1 with the Shape drops but am about to move into phase 2 and maintain my weight. It hasn't been easy but it's been doable and tolerable with Jen's help and support along the way. Before having this program with Jen as an option, I had believed that I would just live with what I had and just deal with it. Had believed that I would just tolerate the lousy feelings, the pains, the weight gain and wearing clothes that has become 3x the size! So, to be able to get to where I am now, I have to thank Jen for being there and changing my life in more ways than one.
