Heidi and her pharm tech are so sweet and nice. They always remind my old brain for pick up of my meds. I loved that small business and her attention to detail. I wish Ive found her sooner. Lots of parking easy to get to, unfortunately that plaza does t have much, wish there was a supermarket or something that benefits the hacienda heights community.

My sister recommended Heidi’s Pharmacy to me a while back and using this pharmacy is such an easy simple experience, like the other reviews say, no lines, and extremely nice and helpful staff. I had to leave and go back to Rite Aid when my insurance stopped allowing me to use Heidi’s Pharmacy and I was so bummed, it’s been a few years and I just received a tricky prescription and I just didn’t trust Rite Aid to handle it properly so I checked back in at Heidi’s and they take my insurance again! So very happy! They helped me switch back with ease and they call my doctors when needed making my life so much easier. I don’t have to fight for parking like at the Rite Aid and Heidi’s cares about you and your prescriptions. I appreciate them so much! Thank you.

I've used Heidi's pharmacy for a few years now. They are convenient, efficient, and caring. The staff is knowledgeable and always available to help. I went to their drive-thru flu clinic last weekend with my mom to get our flu vaccines. The whole experience was very friendly and quick. Best pharmacy in town!

I have been coming to Heidi's for several years now. It is because am particularly careful about the drugs put into my body. To the point of annoyance I ask about every chemical my doctor insists on prescribing me. Heidi's (especially Isabella) have helped me curb this problem by patiently explaining to me all the questions I have. This is the reason I drive the 27 miles from Upland to pick up my prescription here.

I love going here for my prescriptions. Every staff member knows my name and greets me, by name when I enter the pharmacy. My average wait is 5min- 10min when I come in with the Rx in hand. Otherwise there rarely is any wait at all when I pick a Rx that is already filled. I really do enjoy picking up my family's Rx here. It feels like friendly small town customer service.
