I'm so glad these people left the practice to start their own or otherwise I would never had received a Dr and PA that actually do their jobs. I went undiagnosed with a family condition for years, that I was supposed to be getting checked for but wasn't under their care, even though I had all the symptoms. I gained 40 lbs because of the lack of treatment and had numbers so high that Dr's still til this day are in disbelief when they review my file. I ended up with multiple conditions bc of them not doing their jobs. They blamed all my symptoms on another condition that was already established and depression that didn't actually exist. All the mental health issues I was gas lighted into believing I had under their care, have now all been taken back by my entire Healthcare TEAM. I have actually tests that prove I had physical health problems that were being ignored and now that they are getting treated, I have actually been able to get my life back. I lost years of my life due to their incompetence. These people belong in jail and not allowed to have other peoples lives in their hands. I will never get justice for what they did to me.

0 stars. My wife went here for a routine checkup, had a blood draw and the tech really botched the job. My wife had a lot of pain in her arm a few days after the draw and could not get anyone from the office on the phone. She used the patient portal, finally got an appt, saw someone in the office and was told to make an appt for an ultrasound later that week. When she got home, she received a call from the office saying we needed to go to an emergency ultrasound or she would "get in trouble" as there could be nerve damage or clotting. So we went to the hospital got the ultrasound and nothing was detected. The pain subsided after a week, but then the bills came in. Over $700 between the visit and the ultrasound that were only needed because the lab tech did such a horrible job drawing blood. The office didn't help, I disputed the bill with baystate, they investigated and found they did nothing wrong. Imagine that? This office is horrible to work with, doesn't care about their patients and is a place I would not recommend anyone going to.

I was so sad to see a negative review about Dr. Gabriel on Google. She is the best primary care doctor I have ever had in my adult life. She is kind, she takes her time, she listens, she always responds right away to portal communication with questions, referrals or refills and she truly cares. I have never had a doctor who didn’t make me feel rushed or like a number. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her to anyone!
