Barbara is fantastic so friendly and sweet and helpful. Heather tried to help the best she could. Sherry is another story she flat out lied to me. With that being said..I don't like that there is no period of time to see if you can wear the hearing aids before you commit to buy. I get terrible headaches with nausea and now I'm stuck paying 4500 dollars for a device I cannot wear. I also didn't like being told it's a mental problem Heather! That upset me and it's not true. I've given them a whole month and the headaches are severe. I've worn them a half hour, 2 hours, 4 hours..no matter the length if time the headaches get more severe the longer I wear them. I called corporate office and they of course had already talked to the ladies in the connersville office so I wasn't taken seriously.

My experience at Help U Hear started out bad but it was all my fault. The Dr was sick and they had tried calling and sending me emails but i didn't get them because my phone had quit working and i don't check my emails like I should. Otherwise, the experience was great and I will soon be able to hear correctly again. The staff was very nice and the office was clean and they have coffee too. Oh yeah, when I came for the appointment and the Dr wasn't there, the receptionist, [assistant], lady at the desk gave me the money to cover gas even though it was my fault. Very nice of them and it came in very handy because I was broke. I get my new hearing aids next week sometime and I can't wait to hear the sweet sound of bristling paper again. THANK YOU Help U Hear. I really appreciate it. HUH
