The Internal Medicine physician Dr. Hemchand Kolli, specializing in Geriatric Health, is one of the finest professionals our family has encountered. Along with Dr. Casey Corsino, these physicians have experience, knowledge, compassion, and a genuine care for their patients. My Mother age 88, was a patient for 7 years with numerous health issues. My Mother, and I as her representative, always found an excellent bedside manner and a willingness to listen. My family and I highly recommend the office of Dr. Hemchand Kolli!

If you are interested in a down home atmosphere, this office is the one.
It's a very busy office, old school style with the sign-in sheet at the counter. They even have the old school answering machine when you call.
That said,
I must admitte that
Dr. Kolli is such a wonderful, truly sweet person, and doctor.
I began seeing him in 2000 until 2015. I moved out of state for several years. I've seen many, many doctors.
I returned to the area and after being treated VERY poorly by a new, young provider here,
I went back to Dr. Kolli.
It was like seeing a dear friend.
He is sweet, compassionate and concerned.
He listens very intently to your concerns and has a very soothing manner. He can help you with your ailments.
You must be patient when calling for an appointment, it is a busy office,
but believe me, he is worth the wait.

Dr Kholli and Dr Ching are AMAZING! very caring and attentive, they get the 4 stars. The staff. You guys get a big donut.
But… once again. Labs are ordered. Go to get said lab work. No orders. Call Dr office, they pass the buck around as to who’s responsible. Say they’ll send it again…NOPE.

The staff... They act like they couldn't care less about you.
Two days ago, Dr Ching gave STAT orders for an ENT. Two days pass, I had to call the next day to have the STAT CT order faxed to CID which they said was done the previous day. A day later, I need to make the ENT appointment, and that STAT order is sitting - untouched - in someone's "inbox". After being placed on hold for 15 min, hung up on, placed back on hold, I figured the only way to get something done id to show up in person. Now this was a good laugh, I'm told that the person that does MY referrals won't be in until 3pm... What a JOKE.
Dr Kholli, Sir, you need to do some serious house cleaning in your front office staff.
Unfortunately, I will be forwarding this experience to the, well, every medical regulatory agency I can think of. I am filing a Formal Complaint with my Insurance company, and make sure that everyone knows that you need a serious staff overhaul. I have never felt so neglected and treated so indifferently by a Physician's staff.

Billing department charge me for a drug screening that was never done as well as charging for preventative care and annual check up as my Blue Cross insurance said it was covered.

I just don't understand y the phones are always down also is a challenge to get anything done wen they can't send any info to other facilities so it takes forever to get an appointment horrible service

I was nervous having medicaid when I was referred here but it was unwarranted. The staff is wonderful, the office is efficient and courteous and every time I was actually seen early. They are prompt in their referrals and the doctors have great bedside manor. You are in great hands here, I'm so happy to have them!

I’m a new patient of Dr koli’s offices and a new resident of Hemet and I will never go back to dr koli’s offices, neither of them. I had been experiencing the last few years of hardship since Covid, which caused me to move around quite a bit, I’m permanently disabled with no family, I grew up in foster care but I aged out of the system. Im retired from government work, never been on drugs or arrested in my LIFE! These two practitioners from dr kolis office treated me like i was either only there for narcotics, which I didn’t ask for because I’ve never taken them, I’ve had gastric bypass 21 years ago and almost died from malnutrition and losing too much weight after having my surgery, so now I see alot of doctors to keep me naturally healthy, especially since both of my birth parents died from a form of cancer. I’m very diligent with my health care. I’m also a certified holistic wellness coach and i understand the necessity of taking care of my body now that I’m about to be 50. These two white women treated me like black trash who was only looking for a check from social security and when she asked me what i did for work, i told her i was disabled and medically retired on social security, she was shocked!! I instantly knew she was shocked because both offices were treating me like i only wanted all that care for either narcotics or to get social security, but not because im sickly and trying to take care of myself. I’m disgusted and i never want to go back. Do NOT go to this doctor if you are disabled or black. I wouldn’t have given it one star but Google reviews made me select at least one star in order to leave this review. I plan to report them to the better business bureau for mistreatment and unethical treatment of their patients.

I like how Dr ching interacts with his patients, he's understanding on patients issues, however the staff is so far outta wack that they ALWAYS put on a MINIMUM of 13m8n EVERY single time, I'm out of a couple meds for a couple days cuz nobody handles the front with a sense of urgency, if your short staffed, then hire people, it's a no Brainerd, I've been dealing with this for about 2yrs, think it's about time to search for a new Dr, sorry Dr ching, uve always been a pleasure. Sincerely unsatisfied patient.
Another unsatisfied patient, they've been using the dam excuse for years, always under staffed,
14mins on hold is unacceptable. HIRE MORE PEOPLE.
