Robert is truly exceptional. He's been seeing my teenage son and is incredibly kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. The entire office staff is welcoming and genuinely caring. It's a fantastic experience all around. If all doctors were like Robert, the world would be a much better place. His genuine nature and compassionate care are truly appreciated.

Jenkins is one of the nicest, most helpful psychiatrists. She's helped me soooo much with my adhd. Both naturally and with medicine. She's down to earth, she's relatable. I've been going to her since 2022 and I actually really look forward to meeting with her every six months. I walk out with so much knowledge and new things to try. It's soooo nice to talk to a doctor/practitioner that actually listens!!! I would recommend her to everyone!

Medical side not mental health side: I saw Dr. Snyders on the medical side of the office for medical Botox injections. The staff there did everything possible to meet my needs and hopefully get me out of pain quickly. They are experts with this type treatment.

I recently found out that there is a name and treatment for the pain that I’ve been dealing with for years. The office was able to get me in for a consult the same week I called. At my consult I received/confirmed the diagnosis and the nurse got to work requesting authorization from my insurance company. My insurance company thankfully approved treatment in one business day and the front office called me and had one appointment available the next day.

From first phone call to treatment was less than a week. I was only visiting the area and they took my urgency seriously! They did everything in their power to help me and I am so grateful. The nurse is an insurance wizard and so knowledgeable.

Everyone is friendly, kind, and professional. The office is stunningly beautiful and clean. Dr. Snyders is all of the above as well. His bedside manner is fantastic. He took the time to explain everything in detail before doing it as well.

If you suffer from migraines, Neurospasticity or muscle Dystonia, this is where you should go for help. I can’t imagine that the other side, mental health treatments, would operate any differently.

My son (48 y/o 14 years post severe head injury) sees Dr. Snyder every 3 months for toxin injections to counteract contractures. He and his staff are so wonderful and they keep Aaron as comfortable as they can, putting on funny animal videos for him to focus on during the injections. I highly recommend this office!

Stay away from here. The front is not wonderful as the other reviews say. They used to be a part of Prarie Familly Med (they are terrible also). NP Psychiatrist Shelton Jinkins is a nice lady but seems to be inexperienced and I think that is impeding her from providing good care. I hope she gains more experience and can help patients better in the future.

I just had to take the time to say thank you to Jonathan Henzel and the staff, both Becky and Kelly, who are all amazing humans. I was so thankful to see a health care professional who took the time to listen and have the patience and encouragement I needed to get my mental health in a better place. To be told that what I was dealing with at the time was ok and that I am after all, human. I can never thank you all enough for your care and kindness!
