I have suffered from facial nerve pain for 3 years now, with no answers. Told numerous times everything seems normal even though nerve pain is very distinct and is now chronic at this point. The few times I did see my neurologist, I did not feel that I was taken seriously or that they listened. Asked if I could switch providers in the office, was told I could. It's been over 4 months and no call back. I had to cancel some appointments (within appropriate time frames), due to family emergencies. Apparently that's enough for them to not take me seriously either since i havent received a follow up call on provider switch. I have never left a negative review of a doctors office, but if I could give them zero stars i would. I see multiple departments with hendricks regional (all wonderful), never had such an issue before like with neurology. If you suffer from chronic nerve issues, go somewhere else.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. There is no hope for this office or staff, go through IU health they will dig further into your concerns or issues. Not Hendricks Neuro. Don’t waste your time with any of the providers, my hopes with Dr.Cline as he is a colleague of a doctor I do know.. hopes he was good at his bedside manner and care.. he is not. If you want to be taken seriously go elsewhere.

I was told I was going to hear results by Wednesday. It’s now Thursday and haven’t heard anything. I don’t like playing phone tag or being told one thing and the opposite is being done.
