It's Hendricks, leadership in this org is as toxic. They treat their staff like poorly and that's very likely to manifest in the care you receive, they don't uphold their own proclaimed values. Office politics and bad leadership either force the good employees or the good ones go somewhere else. I've seen and experienced it myself. I'm glad I did not sign their agreements, or I could not share this personal observation and experience. If you have a choice, find something else, IU or perhaps Community. They both have problems, who don't but are unlikely as bad as this place. I speculate that's why they wanted a different review set for this branch, the reviews on the parent org appear to be in decline. But you can go read those for your self.

I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer at 28. HRH breast center told me I would not need chemo. Only a double mastectomy. Scheduled surgery within a month. & told me I did not need to meet with an oncologist.

I went on my own to seek a second opinion with radiation oncologist at a different hospital organization. He told me I need to meet with an oncologist before I make any surgery decisions. I went to oncology within a week. Was told I would need 6 months of strong chemo due to my age. Very thankful I listened to my gut and got a second opinion. I am not sure why HRH doesn’t work as a team with a radiation oncologist, oncologist, and a breast surgeron oncologist.

My experience with Urology of Indiana, Dr. Batler and his staff has been professional and positive. My left kidney was removed due to cancer 3 1/2 years ago. They put me at ease with their care and concern for my health and calmed my emotional needs. The office is efficient, always in and out quickly. HRH labs and x-ray departments are quick and efficient. I’m happy to report my health is excellent. I highly recommend this practice and facility. Susan Canal

Urology of Indiana needs to improve it's customer service phone system. To reach my doctor I had to listen to 4 automated messages and transfer 4 times then was put on hold for 10 minutes never speaking to a live per DURING business hours. I gave up twice after waiting on hold. I left a message through another automated message and did not get a returned call for 2 days. Have experienced this over the past 2 years. My primary care doctor shared a similar concern from a patient perspective. Terrible

I was well informed. The nursing staff, Dr and the rest of the staff was friendly and made me feel at home. They even made me laugh several times and told me what to expect after surgery, they made sure my pain was under control before they allowed me to go home. This is why I choose Hendricks for my healthcare needs.

The Danville office is very easy to find and much more convenient for me to go to than the Carmel facility on Meridian St.
I am always amazed at Dr Hollansbe's enthusiasm for his profession. He would make a great professor.
