Had major back pain. Physician assistant Brian told me to lay off work for a few days didn't offer to help at all but spoke to me as a drug addict. Luckily I had a nurse that was awesome. And told me about rush county hospital. As I was leaving Brian came back in offering pain killers, morphine and other drugs I told them no thanks. I'll go somewhere better. They tried to charge me $1'800 for nothing but triage stuff. I went to rush county as instructed by the awesome nurse!!!! Rush county found i had a slipped disk in my back. Be very careful of this hospital they will send you to atlas and garnish your wages for improper care. Big shout out to Hensley Legal Group for taking the case!

I became a patient and had a doctor. I seen him one time and a practitioner 2 times. I had nothing but trouble getting g paper work signed for my CDL. I told them I had one week and they told me " we have two weeks to fill it out" of course I was worried about my job and I was upset. They also lied to me about getting info from my eye doctor. As I was on the phone the practitioner took the phone and told me to find a different provider. And it took them 10 minutes to get paperwork to the pla e that did my physical for my cdl. If they don't like you they will make you want to leave. I did nothing wrong. I did not say one bad word. I was just worried about a deadline. They seemed not to care about nothing nut their feelings and that someone was upset at them. They blammed me. And I git a certified letter telling me that I could not even get another doctor anywhere in the henery health system. They could care less about my well being. They need traing on how to deal with different types of people. Seems they just want the ones they like and the ones who will not complain. Saf thing is I liked the place. If u have one bad day with them they will drop you. Customer service was no help. I figured they would back their own. I do not recommend this hospital.

It's 10:59, Thur Jan 9th, who ever the front desk lady working right now is she is a horrible face to have the front of your company, she refused to even listen to my question, over talked me and had no respect for me, my family, or any one she interacted with. She has horrible social etiquette and is just over all rude. I've never felt more disrespected, and if I were you I would get a new clerk, hospitals are supposed to care and answer questions not make you feel like your concerns don't matter.
I've never been in a hospital where I was not only brushed away like a child or a sheep with no regard for my questions or concerns, as well as over talked, during a very stressful and painful time in my life she made it even more by not giving me common decency and respect. I pray she loses her job, because she doesn't deserve to have a job that can hurt so many people.

My dr was dr will Adams, I had 3 surgeries. He did great, I live in greenfield and have always had horrible experiences here with the hospitals. When I went to Henry county it was a complete 360 I had the greatest experience there I do not understand how you guys only have 2.8 stars. Literally everyone who works there that I met were so nice reassuring and gave the best care. My fears went away as soon as I got to know them. My favorite part was the surgery room because all of the previous surgeries I have ever had have been absolutely traumatizing at Hancock but here at Henry county it was nothing like that at all! They were so good with me I wanted to cry happy tears because it finally felt like I was in good hands. The nursing in there with me were so kind so gentle and had nice stories to tell me as they helped me go fast asleep. Waking up in the recovery room was also great and for the first time coming out of general anna. I didn’t feel any burning coming out of it. I wish I lived in Henry county because your health care is excellent!!!

They care more about bankrupting you than anything. I would definitely not recommend if you are looking for compassion in the business office. They don’t care what you have been through just gotta get that money!! They act like it’s the Ritz, and not this traumatizing event that you went through. Money is the TOP priority and they’ll get it even if they have to put you out on the streets.

I went into the emergency department yesterday, 25 Sept, after having possible heart attack symptoms. Megan came in immediately to see how I was doing and to get a firm grasp about what symptoms I had experienced. She was very friendly and professional. The ER doctor, Dr. Combs, came in shortly after Megan did, and was very thorough in asking about my symptoms, medications, and my medical history. I told him about having a nuclear stress test, but couldn't remember all of the symptoms leading up to the test. He went and did research through Reid Health and got ahold of the test results. While I was there, he ordered two blood tests to be certain about whether my symptoms were heart-related or not. Megan did a great job of taking the blood and getting it quickly to where it was being processed. Both tests came back normal. Thank you Dr. Combs and Megan for being both professional and thorough in determining whether my symptoms were a sign of a serious condition!

Came in because my wifes head was burning and hurting and got taken to a room and had to sit there for over an hour. While all the staff are standing around on there phones laughing and joking around not bothering to see if my wife is even ok.

They don’t even address your CURRENT ISSUE! If you want to be slowly put to death then come here! They killed my mamaw said she was fine cut into her lung and spread her cancer!
