My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Rai at Henry Mayo Hospital in Santa Clarita, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. Dr. Rai is incredibly attentive and truly takes the time to understand and address our medical concerns. He doesn’t just stop at the office visit—he goes above and beyond by personally following up, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his patients. My spouse came in ill on a Tuesday morning and had xrays done.
Was told someone would get back to her later that afternoon with results.
Guess what, no call that day, no call that night after us calling and promised a call back that night, guess what "no call" then promised a call first thing in morning, guess what, "no call".
So drove to the clinic again and was promised a call by last night, guess what " no call" it's now day 3 at 1:00 and guess what,
"no call" dont trust this front office at all, they will tell you what ever to go away. It worked I will stay completely away. They could care less about you or your live ones.

I am a patient of Dr. Rai's and have also had the pleasure to be examined by Christina Soliman when he was out of town. I am extremely pleased with the quality of care they provide. Dr. Rai always addresses my concerns and is extremely attentive. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Rai as my primary care physician. It's nice to know that I can be seen in person rather than a telephone call where my previous primary care physician was never available or not properly addressing my medical concerns. Lissette is also a very caring and compassionate medical assistant who always makes sure that I am feeling well before leaving the practice. Thank you to an amazing team.
