Worst experience I’ve had with a Dr office. Had Dr Kokkonen, while he is very nice, I would rarely, if ever hear back from the patient portal messages, referrals were only sent after I personally called all the places the referral was intended to be sent to which lead to that provider reaching back to the Dr office asking for the referral to be sent even when I was told the referral was already sent, now I’m out financially for things that were not covered due to poor Dr judgement on referral process and have to start all over with a new Dr soon, extremely disappointed just as an overall choice of provider.

I just got done having the worst experience of my life yesterday. Neurologist said I need to go back to my doctor and see a rheumatologist to rule out anything else. My doctor was far out in Appts there. Sent me to Nancy Hunter, she blew me off right away, she had the nerve to talk about my Cyst in my brain, I have an appointment to see a neurosurgeon, and she was saying to the nurse most likely not going to do surgery on me, right in front of me. Even though it’s causing major headaches. Basically I should just cancel my appt with them. Now I need to tell the Neurologist how Nancy said no because he can’t diagnose me for sure? I couldn’t talk about anything else and which I’m suffering from a horrible UTI right now. I will never recommend anyone sees her. Does not listen and she is super rude about your medical.

Lindsey Paige and all of her providers have given me exceptional care from day 1!!! I've been traumatized and flat out let down bye so many providers in the PNW. When I finally met Lindsey, I felt my horrible journey could be finally over! She has been there for me through my mental struggles as well, even though that is not her field. She has never let me down. I'm not sure I'd be here today witout her and her awesome staff. Thank you all!!!!

Had an appointment with Nancy Hunter and had the worst experience ever with a provider. Would leave a 0 if I could. Not only is she rude and does not listen she was condescending and did not read through the notes that were given to her about the issue going on and acted surprised when issues were stated.

My husband and I began care here with Andrea Garey and I can honestly say we have never had such a good healthcare experience. She listened and offered helpful well thought out suggestions. We are very pleased! Update, 2nd visit was a complete definition of what is wrong with healthcare today. As a patient I was insulted, was provided horrible customer service and I won't be back!

A 2 year workup for severe low back pain and left hip pain. 2 YEARS of being denied appropriate studies and medicine because I had medicaid. Nancy Hunter NP quote "I don't want to spend medicaid dollars if it's not necessary " after I begged for an MRI for months. 3 orders for physical therapy over a 2 year span at $2600x3 and "conservative" treatment options I finally got her to order an MRI ($1650) after my physical exam landed me in tears begging for help. She gave major attitude
and literally rolled her eyes at me after she submitted the order. Guess what? My MRI results were positive for several things including a labral tear on my left hip. I needed surgery!! We have "real" insurance now so I dumped heritage as soon as I could. Their
mission statement is a lie too. Just ask the employees.

I’ve read some of these complaints about HH. I’ve been seeing Nancy Hunter for years and years. Not only is she one of the best Np’s she is seriously awesome at her profession. The care that I’ve received has been nothing other than stellar.there is protocol that has to be followed and rule as any other business has. Follow the protocol and you will receive awesome care. I 100% recommend Heritage Health. There is always going to be bad apple in the bunch. I gave this place 5 stars because they give me 5 star treatment. In most cases if I do the research on how to take care of my health outside of the institution and have the Will power to take charge of my health most health issues are easily resolve by the food choices I make and regular exercise. Always do your research on your own health. If you are overweight and grossly out of shape health issues will be difficult to manage. To me medicine is not the answer.
