I gave it a four star because the pediatrician Dr. Odom is hands down the best. I've seen enough throughout my year's starting with my 20 yr old 14 & now almost 2 yr old. She is great!

I called at 9:00 am had an appointment for 9:20 was on hold for 7 minutes. Finally was able to contact them at 9:20 to tell them I would be arriving at 9:32 only 12 minutes late. The gal said that would be fine, I had already did my check in online and when I got there still looking at the time and was in the building at 9:32 and they would not take me due to their strict 10 minute grace period policy. I have a pointless yearly exam for asthma to get my refills for the year. Something I’ve had my whole life and they wouldn’t see me. I will not be using the CDA location again and planning on switching providers all together. I would understand if it was an appointment that was for something new that needed more time.

I had a screaming dental issue with no insurance or dentist. Heritage Health got me in within 2 days.
Dr Rourke and his Assistant, Kat, provided quick, professional and stellar treatment. Definitely recommend this place!

Dr. Rehil-Crest is a wonderful guy/doc! He is ALWAYS willing to spend as much time as needed with me to explain..... Whatever needs tobe explained/talked about! And he always makes me feel like I actually have a say in what treatments/options WE decide on! Which is RARE (unfortunately) when it comes to doctors! Usually i find doctors to be somewhat.... Condescending, or like they ALWAYS know ME/my body/what works for me, better than i do! ....... But not Dr. Rehill/crest! He is a wonderful guy, and a GREAT DOCTOR to have! (His nurses/assistant's are always nice, and friendly to me as well!) THANK YOU SIR!

They use COVID as an excuse not to see patients or help people. Even if you had a negative test, they refuse to see you and yell at me over telehealth for asking questions. Over a month later I'm still having problems and they've gotten worse yet they still won't see me. What a joke
