In terms of medical service, I had an above average to good experience with this practice. Unfortunately, the billing and phone system is absolutely awful. I received a bill that was not charged to my new insurance provider. After weeks of calling and sending messages in the portal, I gave up and paid the bill out of pocket. I won't be going here again. Additionally, whenever I called the main number the operator would be surprised that I was talking to the Palmdale/Lancaster office for an issue in Valencia. However, I constantly followed the prompts despite being disconnected on several occasions.

I dont know how this facility has been getting good reviews. The reason why I switched my previous primary is because I thought Heritage Sierra would be better reading the reviews but it's NOT. I'm having a hard time contacting my primary doctor. I have left voice-mails to his nurse never calls me back. They are always busy! I've done blood works weeks ago and the doctor still hasn't reviewed them. It's hard to get in contact with the office directly. I will be changing primary doctor AGAIN!

I have been coming here for over a year. Everyone is awesome! The staff is professional and friendly. I never have a problem making an appointment or getting a call back if I have a follow up question. Dr. Bailey and Dr. Luu are hands down some of the best doctors ever. They are very knowledgeable, spend as much time with you as needed, and follow up with you when necessary.

Professional, polite, and caring staff. I am very pleased with the care I receive in this office. Dr. Luu is relatable and caring and has inspired and motivated me to take care of my health. I absolutely LOVE dr Bailey. She is my husbands dr and since he has been seeing her he has gotten the care that he needs. Her staff is excellent, Roxanna is always willing to answer any questions or concerns we have. Their office and staff are amazing!

During my first visit to Dr Bailey, I had an appointment.but was kept waitingTHREE hours . I was a little late fot my second appointment due to problemss getting dressed at my nursing nod. She wouldn’t see me exvept to take my blood pressure which was naturally high under the circumstances.
That group is oit to make money—not to heal.

Dr Paula Bailey Walton saved my life and got me off of Xanax and Opiates in quick time. It wasn’t easy but she knew what to do and worked with me better than any other doctor I’ve met because I usually dislike doctors but Dr Walton was different and really helped me change my life for the better and the least I could do is recommend her because no other doctor or detox was ever able to achieve what she did even though I wanted it bad this time. Thank you 🙏

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO FAR. Our doctor moved to this location, and we have been scheduled multiple times to just be cancelled, we show up to appt to tell us that the time was earlier, I have text and verbal confirmation, did not see us, moved it again, and again cancelled. To finally get an appt and today again another call that it cannot be done. I understand COVID has changed everything, but communication among your own staff should not be dropped, DO NOT pass the ball from one to another because someone "does not know what they are doing". We all have lives, and schedules to up keep too. If you are not able to provide the service we need please share and we might be able to make our own choices of new providers. It is a shame because Dr. Vu is so good and understanding, and now she is working for a group that just doesn't know how to keep her patients happy.
