The staff are super friendly and Dr. Alex is amazing. I have had issues in the past that required physical therapy due to work related injuries and the experiences I had made me think PT was just an insurance money grab. Now that I am older and have arthritis everywhere my first round with Dr. Alex was for my last shoulder after my perscribed visits ended I was completely pain free with a full range of motion. I am back again for a pinched nerve in my neck due to arthrits and I am going to leave it at Dr. Alex is the best. I highly recommend Hess PT

Dr Alex is a very kind caring physical therapist. He knows his stuff. He encourages me to push myself beyond what I think I can do. I highly recommend Hess physical therapy in the Crafton Ingram shopping Center. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Heidi was always willing to accommodate my schedule changes when needed. Dr Katelyn was my primary therapist she would take the time to share what she was doing and why and how it would benefit me. She makes you comfortable and would listen to my concerns. I did not work with Dr Alex but I would not hesitate to if I ever had to go back. If you have to have physical therapy go where they know what that are doing and they make it fun.

I cannot recommend Hess enough. I have been going for about a year now, pre-op and post-op for knee replacement. Dr. Alex is fantastic! He is kind, knowledgeable and listens. He knows when to go hard on you and when you need a break. Everyone that works there is kind, Heidi is great and Kate always has a smile and we chat every time I am there. None of them treat you like a patient, you are a person that is heard and seen and somehow they make it fun even if it hurts!! I cant thank them enough. I will be getting another knee surgery in April and will be back with Dr. Alex since they are the BEST.

This place is awesome. Everyone here is very outgoing, friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. Kate was very professional and knew what needed to be done to help me. Alex also helped out when covering for her and did well. Heidi is a very professional and friendly person and it was always pleasant to see her upon check in. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for PT. Especially in the Crafton/Ingram area. Keep up the great work guys and gals!!

I can highly recommend Hess Physical Therapy in Crafton. This is my second stint with PT there (different issues). Dr. Alex, Dr. Katelyn and Heidi are wonderful, caring people who clearly enjoy helping folks get back to good health. The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. I have worked primarily with Dr. Alex, and he really gets to the crux of the problem quickly. I could feel the benefits after just a few sessions, and I look forward to continuing on my recovery path. I recommend Hess whether you are younger or older, recovering from an injury or surgery, or if you are experiencing chronic aches and pains that can be improved with targeted therapy. Back in September, I was rear-ended by a school van, which resulted in my Dodge Ram being totaled. I suffered injuries to my back, neck & shoulder. After my visiting with Dr. Oczypok across the Crafton Ingram shopping center, she referred me to Hess physical therapy. I scheduled in person with the lovely receptionist Miss Heidi, who is probably the nicest receptionist you can meet & ALWAYS greets patients whenever they walk in. I was assigned to Dr. Kate who took her time & went above and beyond to find out what all potential injuries my accident may have caused. She recommended I see her 3x a week, which I did since for how accommodating she was with my work schedule. I thought I would hate going to physical therapy but Heidi, Dr. Kate, Dr. Alex and even the other patients made it enjoyable. Everyone was always friendly and made it enjoyable for patients of all ages. Never had or seen an issue with anyone during my time there. If I ever have to return to physical therapy, it will definitely be to this location & will recommend to everyone in need of a great physical therapist.

Highly recommended!
I trust Hess Physical Therapy with all of my rehabilitation needs. They have been there through my multiple surgeries and ailments. Having never had an injury before, this is the first time that I have participated in physical therapy. Dr. Kate is absolutely wonderful. She listens to my concerns and adjusts my therapy based upon whether I have improved or not. My experience with PT at Hess physical therapy in the Crafton shopping center was top notch. Dr Alex put together a plan to rehab and resolve a hip issue that was keeping me off the ice. He was able to create a regimen that mimics movements i would need to make during a game so that i was about to feel completely comfortable when the time came to return. In the future i would not hesitate to use Hess again as both Dr Alex and Dr Kate are highly qualified and highly motivated to return patients to their prior health before injury, if not better. Scheduling with Heidi was a breeze and was able to work with my availability and her music selection was always great. If you find yourself in need of PT make sure to check out Hess!

My personal experience was helpful, useful, educational for me. Dr. Alex attended a seminar to help with my issues and it paid off tremendiously and for future patients of Dr. Alex & Dr. Kate.
Heidi, Dr. Kate & Dr. Alex are warm & welcoming, awesome sense of humor (Dr. Alex and his dad jokes!! LOL)with each other and their patients. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They don't rush you out!! They take their time with each patient to meets their patients needs and goals!! Heidi is awesome with the scheduling and dealing with the insurance companies. I highly recommend Hess Physical Therapy-Crafton. The facility is clean,everyone very friendly and personable. I had Katelyn and she was excellent. I'm not taking anything away from Alex he is also excellent. What I like most they treat you as an actual person and both interact with you. I've been to other places that treat you like a number and don't even converse with you. It's like here do this and that and I'll see you next visit. Not Hess in Crafton, you actually feel like family even with the other clients. I highly recommend them them to anyone who needs PT. They're both awesome and know their stuff.
