If you're looking for a place that will assist in your demise medically this is the place. Absolutely atrocious, do not bring your loved ones anywhere near this medical system if you care about them. Misdiagnosed me last year TWICE and I almost died because of it. This year they told my fiance that he could drive to a procedure after taking Valium!! Beyond reckless and dangerous, period. They are also awful with allowing patient advocates.

You would think if it takes 2 months to have a consultation for birth control that they would prepare to follow through should the consult go well. You would be wrong. You waited 2 months to have a guy mansplain what he thinks is better and then when you don't change your mind "I don't have the supplies, might have to wait a few weeks" like they didn't know what the job was. Good luck holding off toxic male privilege in the meantime.

This is a review that is addressing the heywood medical group. It is nearly impossible to get in to see a doctor when you are sick. My wife was very close to needing a transfusion because nobody would see her.They told her to go to urgent care, they then said follow up with your primary. I took her to umass ER it took 8 hrs but when we left she had a diagnosis. Heywood medical group is a joke.

I’ve submitted my health insurance to this hospital numerous times, and yet I STILL receive full payment requests from them. I’m 7 months pregnant and this game is getting really tiring.

Dr. Miller is a fine personable physician- having said that, the front office staff would have to improve to receive a TERRIBLE rating. You're almost always put on hold for 15 minutes and they do not make referrals to specialists in a timely fashion (think days while a patient is in pain). When requested by other hospitals or doctors for lab results for a pending surgery, they are worse than slow to respond to requests. The front office needs to take their jobs much more seriously

It is a pity that the good service they provide in their institutions is marred by actions such as those that my family and I are being victims. We have been fined a fee after the insurance paid for all the costs of the services received. And right now a credit bureau threatens us to damage our credit. Thanks to the great work of Heywood Medical Group

Heywood is by far the worst hospital around. They are rude and really don't care for the well-being of the community. If you have any disability don't even bother they just dismiss any medical concerns and send you home. Like the life of the disabled do not matter.

Was running late and called the office that told me no problem come on . When I arrived I was told I was cancelled for being 15min late. Office wasn't busy and nurses were rude. Will find another doctor.
