I have been going to HDMG for 30 years and I love their facility in Lancaster. I like how so many services are provided under one roof. Yesterday I was in and out in 2 hours, that included an exam, an EKG, a shot of medication and an X ray. I left with a printed summary of my visit and a referral in hand.
Now they need to hire MORE doctors so I can see my regular doctor without having to wait 60 or more days.

I’ve been going to HDMG for quite some time, and I can confidently say that the entire staff is friendly, professional, and dedicated to patient care. Both the nurses, NP, and doctors provide excellent service with great attitudes, making every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this place!

I really appreciate Dr Z and all his staff. I see them mostly just once a year and they are always kind, patient and listen to me update on my health. Dr Z is always thorough in the exam and seems to know exactly what to ask to get to the point.

Urgent care is no good! People were friendly enough but the care was awful. I fell, I twisted my ankle and hurt my elbow, I hobbled into urgent care. EDWARD TAMMARA PAC moved my arm to see if my shoulder or wrist was broken but never examined my foot, he looked at it from across the room and could clearly see the baseball size swelling. After the x-ray he told me to follow up with orthopedics next week. He put my arm in a splint and reluctantly wrapped my foot. He never asked my pain level, no one ever asked my pain level even though they could see I could barely walk. He finally agreed to give pain medicine for a couple days then when I called the pharmacy I found out that he had cancelled it! He just wanted me out the door and LIED about the care he was giving me (I don't know is that a crime?) He didn't want to be bothered. My family and I have been coming here coming here for over twenty years but we will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

In all fairness I wanted to post an update. I called the office after giving this review because I wanted to get amended/accurate discharge documentation for my records. The nurse said oh wait he rewrote the prescription, you can go pick it up now. So I did end up getting medicine which is helpful, but considering the day as a whole I'm still not sure I got the care part.

Had a B12 shot. The nurse was very friendly, and I didn't even feel the shot. Staff in the front very efficient. Was seen in a couple of minutes. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a very positive experience at HDMG. It was my husband’s first visit with Dr. Ho. He was extremely informative and took time and listened to all of my husband’s concerns. He is very pleased and will definitely keep him as his PCP.

I have had HDMG as my HMO through Anthem Blue Cross for several years. The Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, other Medical Staff, and all others across the board, have been very professional and friendly.
The main facility and other HDMG facilities on the same property are always clean.
I would recommend HDMG as a medical provider to anyone.

I have been going to HDMG ever since Dr, Arroyo moved his private practice there. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Dr. Arroyos PA, Daphne is also amazing.
