I found my stay at Highland Hospital to be quite unpleasant. I went to Highland Hospital after my assault. Unable to eat, I asked for protein with a straw, and being a vegan vegetarian, they gave me a plate of chicken that I couldn’t chew. It sounded like they were having some party in the waiting room, and nobody was helpful to me. They put me on a video chat, and then they tried to tell me that I needed to be on Ambien, which makes no sense at all. I didn’t do anything wrong. Are they siding with my assaulter? Why would they tell me I need medication?
I was violently assaulted on the street. I am entirely innocent. One of the male nurses took me to a testing room, and when it was over, I was so confused walking through the holes. The people who work at the hospital were yelling at me and pulling in that direction. It was such a confusing, scary experience for me. I spent so long wondering and lost. Why is everyone so unhelpful and so aggressive? Can you please put up signs and make it easier for us? I'm happy you’ll be more helpful. It took me way too long to get out of there and was very unpleasant. I ended up in the area where everybody ate and looked at me like I was not supposed to be there. I was finally able to get out through a back gate. Someone finally helped me. I am not someone who would ever recommend this hospital, but it’s a hospital. I have to use it. I’ve been assigned it. Let’s help make this a more peaceful world and a better, more compassionate place.

Just had my daughter here, it was some complications during my labor and the whole team of nurses where so great!! So greatful for the nurses here they take really good care of us. I've had so many nurses and people really take the time to help me understand things and teaching me how to do things like nurse well, and my baby's doing really well and is so healthy. Thank you labor and delivery 💕🩷

Completely unprofessional made us wait 3 hours in er and they had the audacity to say it will take a couple more hours. I never right reviews but this has to be one of the most unorganized hospitals I been too. Get your stuff together highland staff!!!

We came to this hospital for a surgery consultation. Everyone there was kind, compassionate, and caring. The campus was beautiful, and the parking garage was convenient. Thank you highland hospital for making a hard day a little easier.

I've been calling since 7am to schedule a dental appointment. The NEXT representative hasnt answered the line yet. It's now 3:37pm.aI havent spoken to 1 person all day PERIOD, Same thing happened last week. No one is managing the Phones. Very unprofessional and especially neglectful for this to be a hospital. Shameful

After the equipment for blood pressure failed 5 times, causing anyone more anxiety, a provider let me wait 45 minutes in urgent care! and then stormed into the room emotionally charged bc I said I don't feel well and need to be seen and she had an obvious derogative attitude. She didn't listen entered incorrect data in my after visit review after she seen me for 2 minutes. She was extremely rude in her tone and unprofessional in her behavior. Staff that makes appointments should know that urgent care doesn't do prescription other than over the counter and not waste patients time and let loose unprofessional incompetent people like assistant physicians that have no respect for the US Constitution on US citizens

I was admitted to this hospital, many people saw me, but “Angelina O” from the first day I do not understand why you were so rude and racist with me, you always had my medicine and my wife had to leave to get water, I told you it's nice to meet you and you did not answer me, you put medicine so fast that it splashed my face yesterday I was asleep at 4 am I felt someone pull my hand it was you at midnight without warning you took my pulse you left medicine in my hand I was asleep and you did not give me water before leaving I told you Angelina I am not sorry you looked so bad and you left and you did not give me my water yesterday they opened my stomach I had to stop at midnight to get water, I do not understand why you lack respect, understanding for your patients if you do not love this job do not do it always do everything with anger they see your look why? do you notice your patients like this, ANGELINA Or you are so rude so bad

I had an appointment 9am and it is 11am and still I haven't been called in to be seen. When ever I go and ask their frond disk disk, what the reason they have no answer. And they are so rude. This Hospital don't care about other people time, but if you come 3 minutes late, they Sent you home because you are 3 minutes late. I have been waiting since 2 hours. And they don't even care. And I have wait with my 3 kids
