Honestly, I was so impressed with how fast and smooth everything went. I barely had to wait, and the staff were incredibly sweet and caring specially the Doctor. You can tell they actually care about their patients, not just rushing people in and out. It made such a difference, especially when your kid isn't feeling great. Definitely the best urgent care experience I’ve had!

This was my first visit to this location. Everyone in that building was so nice to talk to. The receptionist, the nurse, the doctor all amazing!! Everyone made me feel so comfortable and safe. I didn’t feel judged or rushed like at other places I’ve been to. Signed in and had minimal to no wait time! My whole appointment took maybe 20 minutes, I was in and out! I was a bit nervous but the nurse who took me back made me feel comfortable the entire time. 10/10 service, little waiting times, clean and organized! I definitely recommend this facility!

The medical assistant was very kind and friendly. McKenna was great as well. She was also kind, friendly, gentle, and professional. The place was super clean and i didn't have to wait long to be seen. We were also in and out rather quick. Now that I have found Highland Urgent Care, I will definitely recommend it to everyone, and I will never go to another urgent care center again.

Amazing experience! It is so nice to finally have an urgent care that is with 2024. Between registering online accurate wait times. Simple instructions and real genuine communication they are what every urgent care should use as a gold standard.

The NP was quick and to the point. Didn’t keep me waiting forever. I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Going forward this will be my go to whenever I need an urgent care. I am hoping as this place becomes more popular it still keeps the same level of organization and cleanliness!

I was there for my lab's order for my school because my primary doctor didn't write for me, that's what's medical assistant said. anyway, The staff are super nice and reasonable. They asked what I needed, and got things done. The price was reasonable, affordable for a student like me. Love them!
