This office can't do anything in a timely manner and I'm well aware we need more patience due to the pandemic. I was to be referred for an MRI over a month ago and still haven't heard back, they consistently forget to send or lose entirely my referrals, and when they do successfully get me into a place they send the wrong information because they're not even listening to me. If you value your health, you're better off traveling somewhere else.

Constantly under staffed. Cancelled appointments are the norm. Do not answer the phones. Do not return phone calls. High turnover of office staff. Medical and dental professionals do not stay long term. It is sad to see such an important Hilltown service failing.

This place will not return your calls. I left many phone messages to get an appointment and they didn’t have the courtesy to return any of them. They will not answer the phone, and they will not return your calls. I have changed my health provider to someone other than lazy hillbilly health. Good riddance.

This place is constantly canceling appointments! Not very professional, I'm sick of waiting to be seen! I had an appointment tomorrow and they called me today to cancel and reschedule! This has been going on for 6months!!! I'm done with Worthington health center!!!!!
