the quality of care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and immediately felt like I was in good hands.

The nurses and doctors were incredibly attentive and always took the time to explain everything in detail. They made sure I was comfortable and reassured me during each step of my treatment. Very Clean and Comfortable Environment.

I recently had a procedure at the same day surgery endoscopy unit at Palisades, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Churrango took the time to thoroughly explain everything before and after the procedure, which really put my mind at ease. His clear communication and professionalism were greatly appreciated
The staff was equally impressive. The nurse manager was attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed, which contributed to a smooth process. A special shout-out to my recovery nurse. Victoria Kim. She was exceptional in explaining my discharge instructions in detail, ensuring I understood everything before leaving.
Overall, my experience in this unit was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.

I have visited the hospital and the front desk gave me a very hard time. They are very rude and they harassed me and they were talking to me with an attitude. I am really upset and this is the worst hospital in New Jersey. Avoid this hospital.i asked to speak to a supervisor a I also spoke to Harry Murphy. He was very disrespectful. He did not help me and he was very rude. This is the worst hospital. They do not care about the patients.

Probably the worst medical facility that I have felt at. Not the admittance, not my surgeon or his team, not the rehab unit but completely and solely the caregiver staff. They showed the least care , only showed up when the bell was rung and as if they were doing you a favor even though you were visibly in pain. Just utterly disappointed and disgusted with this experience. I hope others don’t have to feel this way when they are down and not feeling well. I actually feel sorry for seniors or those with any type of language barriers because if this well spoken American woman could not be understood then they are doomed. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to so after this . I’m still here hopefully nothing will happen to me because of my truth. I get it we all have problems but your profession is patient care. Sad world we live in.

My experience today at Hackensack hospital was extremely good. From my checking in to the end of my visit. Dr Phillip, nurse Meredith and the rest of the staff were simply amazing. I was in excruciating pain and they understood my pain and treated me with kindness and compassion. I highly recommend Hackensack Hospital for any medical needs.

Wow, everyone I came in contact with over in the ER from check-in to check-out were just incredible and it was such a fast ER visit, under 3 hours. From the kind Vicki & Stephanie in ER check-in, to the amazingly meticulous RNs like Mark & Ivis, compassionate DRs like Harry Qi, and quick-acting PCTs like Jesus Franco; I felt well cared for in each moment and interaction. Everyone was constantly moving, observing patients, and attending to even the tiniest yet significant details of each patient. They balanced the stress, tension, emotion of the ER so well that it felt peaceful despite the thousands of things happening simultaneously. They are fantastic individuals and I’m grateful to know such passionate people are committed to the medical field. They serve their community wonderfully.If you’re scared of hospitals and inattentive staff, please trust me this is the place for you. Every staff member took my concerns seriously and weren’t too busy to answer any question I had. They are truly the best medical staff I’ve ever seen and I hope they get the recognition and appreciation they deserve. Especially bonuses or paid time off because they put the work in!!!

Terrible experience. My wife walked in to the emergency as she had trouble swallowing and breathing. she was made to wait for 30-45 minutes to even register or triage. The lady didn’t even take her information for up to 45 Minutes. My wife is a healthcare provider and it was the worst experience and she was in tears. The reviews and ratings of this place clearly reflects on their leadership and how seriously they care about the patients. Such a shame.
