This was my first prenatal massage with Karen and it was absolutely incredible. I’m 36 weeks and have terrible sciatic pain and she knew exactly what to do to ease that pain and help loosen all my irritated muscles. It wasn’t a scripted massage, but was intuitive and specific to the needs of my body. The massage was so amazing that I asked mid-massage if we could extend from 60 minutes to 90 minutes because I didn’t want it to end. I cannot wait to book another session with Karen. Two years ago, I was in a lot of pain from years of construction work, and I went to Karen to get help with my chronic pain. I would tell her where I hurt, such as my shoulders, and she would work on my shoulders for two-three sessions, getting them into great shape. We worked through all my major muscle groups until I felt better. I'm 64 years old, and I can't remember the last time I've had this much mobility and range of motion. I continue to see her monthly to keep my body tuned up. She also got me into yoga, which has helped my flexibility. I can touch my toes for the first time in thirty years. Karen has magic hands! My body has never felt better. My wife has also gone to see her and agrees that Karen is a really wonderful massage therapist. I really recommend her.
