The staff here are literal angels serving the community. Elaine(maybe Irene?) & Matilda front desk girlies were the best! And the NP or medical assistant kayleen was so sweet and gentle and patient with me on my TB test. Highly recommend for mandatory tests when going through low income struggles. Bless the souls that donate to this place.

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for Dr. Donna. During my first visit today, I found her approach to be incredibly reassuring, which made the experience much more pleasant and less intimidating. I especially appreciate that she took her time with the evaluation and genuinely listened to my concerns without rushing. I am very pleased with the care I received and I am thankful for her thoughtful engagement. Thank you once again for your understanding and support Dr. Donna. And also the rest of staffs were very kind supportive like receptionists and other staffs members.

I always have such a great experience every time I come here. I am so thankful that places like this exist! Victor and Matilde are always so welcoming and friendly. They really care about women’s health. Sometimes the wait times can be long, but it’s worth it for the care that they are able to give to others. This clinic is really wonderful and here for a great cause.

Only the most amazing people work there! All personnel is professional, starting with Victor Veloz wonderful, caring, knowledgeable supervisor. Also, Manuel (lab person) and Matilde are always friendly 🙂 Eileen is a lovely lady, and Carlitos is a great counselor. Everyone there knows about patient care. I love the way they treat you. Plus, the clinic is free. Please make sure to leave a donation every time you go there. Don't be cheap 🙂 Also, be thankful for the doctors that work for free, just volunteer. If you demand better service, at least cooperate with the cause. Have a nice day 🙂

The doctors are nice and thorough but the front desk is incompetent, they seriously have communication problems, and they don’t take accountability. I’m out of town and they knew that, didn’t tell me about medical release and now I have to wait on the paperwork which will lead to my son’s academic demise, so thanks. It took everything in me not to really tell them off.

Sucks. I show up at 3:30, after calling to ask can I come in. I get there and they say oh it’s late now. But you just told me you close at 7 and the last patient Isn’t until 5. It’s only 30 min in between the time. Her response is “well the doctors say they want to go home.”

I've been here about 3 different times before and usually don't have any complaints but I recently just called for an appointment where I was scheduled for a screening on 8/26/17. Nothinng was abnormal with my visit when I first arrived. The waiting room was pretty full of people. It was a 9 am appointment and I was running about 5-10 mins late but no big deal. I signed in and sat down patiently waiting to be called. When I finally was called we began the questionaire, height and weight check, mentioning concerns and everything else you do before actually seeing the doctor. After going back into the waiting area to be called by the actual doctor I started to realize I had been waiting way longer than usual. I started asking questions and was told the doctor was actually late and in traffic and should be there soon. (WOW! over an hour into my appointment and the doctor isnt even here). I patiently waited somemore and soon started the realize the waiting room was slowly becoming empty. Once again I ask if the doctor was there (of course she was) and they told me yes and asked for my name again and told me she will call me shortly. After more and more waiting I started to become increasingly irritated and found myself having to keep going up to the receptionist for updates. It got to the point where I had been there for 3 hours and was in the waiting room with one other person who had JUST gotten there. The full room that it was when I arrived was definately not full anymore. Why wasnt I being serviced in a timely manner like everyone else? Finally after numerous complaints, the doctor calls me and I notice there are already a few others in the back who had just gotten their blood drawn/urine samples taken (something I had done about 2 hours prior to them). She begins scrambling through our files and calls a random persons name, quickly taking them into the examination room even after one patient said out loud "I think she was here first". At this point im livid that ive been here sooo many hours. It was definately not normal and you would think I would have gotten some kind of priority due to the amount of times I had to keep asking for updates. I stormed into the room where I had gotten my blood drawn and told the phlebotomist that I REFUSE to wait any longer for services. I was so over seeing that doctor plus the last time I came she hurt me during my check up by being super rough and rushing with the examination equipment. All I wanted to know is when can I come get my results and he said come back next saturday. I even asked him are you sure everything will be fine if I dont see the doctor and he said yes come back on saturday. I went back up there the following saturday just for it to be closed when I arrived. I became more pissed. The only time you can get in contact with someone on the phone is Monday and Wednesday 10am-12pm. Monday was Labor day so of course no one was there and then when wednesday came no one answered the phone! I called over 10 times and it just kept prompting me to leave a message! I don't think I could be ANY more frustrated at this point. Today is 9/7/17, Thursday, and im going to waste my gas and drive up there to see if its open or at least see if I can speak to someone regarding my screening. My trip was VERY unprofessional on staff's behalf and it's sad that its almost 2 weeks later and i'm still strugging to follow up with my appointment! Don't think I'll be coming back here again
