My family member had an excellent experience with the ER yesterday. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and professional. Everything was well organized and treatment was top notch. They even called the next day to follow up which was surprisingly thorough. We are glad we chose this hospital.

I've been a patient of DR. Pennings for a long time. He performed a surgery on me earlier this week and I was admitted into this hospital. I can't even begin to explain how amazing the staff has been. The Nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, nutritional department, physical therapy. All amazing. Their attention to my care was top notch. They made sure that I was taken care of no matter what time of day it was. I am so thankful to have had such a great experience. Huge thank you to this amazing staff.

I recently had a short stay surgery at this wonderful community hospital, and I would like to thank the incredible nurses in this unit for taking such good care of me.
I was very anxious about the procedure until I met my attending nurse, and her colleagues. These amazing humans somehow manage to cope with a ridiculously busy environment with a smile, all while communicating such empathy and caring. They are truly angels on this earth.

this review is for the karen at the front desk who demanded that we sign paperwork in order to leave (we left because we had been waiting for six hours and the issue was not urgent enough to warrant waiting longer). we were then walked back to the nurses station, where the nurses clearly stated “yeah, that’s fine and no you don’t need paperwork.” karen then had the audacity to state “if you need sutures later, they may not be able to do it.”

lady, you are not a medical professional. and what you are alleging is tantamount to withholding care. stay in your lane.

I arrived at the hospital on Monday morning with severe abdominal pain and nausea . Upon my arrival the ER staff were extremely kind and caring . While in the triage area waiting on lab work and xrays every single doctor , nurse , CNA , lab tech , and general staff made sure I was comfortable and did not need anything . The same can be said about the staff once I was admitted . A big thank you to Nurse Alicia , Cassy , CNA Lisa , Nancy , and Christian . You are all amazing and I am thankful for your care . I wasn't the only person seeking help but I was patient and always kind . Thank you

I love their coffee. Because you can make it yourself just the way you like it.
Can I like it because you can put as much can I? And it doesn't get watery. In the sugar water, never lose it taste. You can't even leave it overnight. And it will never loses taste on the scale to 1 to 10 I would give it a 10.

Do not bring your loved ones here if is something serious or a lot of pain.
Be ready to wait 6 to 7 hrs in the waiting room.

If you got something serious after the 7hr wait in the waiting room there’s going to be a 24 monitoring. At end of the day they will give you a referral so you could see a specialist, that’s another month wait

I was brought in an ambulance to this hospital and it was easily the worst experience I have ever had. If you’re gonna make people wait 5 hours you might as well get more comfortable seating. It’s as if the waiting room was inspired by anti-homeless architecture. Nobody explained anything to me, I had no idea what was going on. It didn’t really seem like anybody working there did either. Never coming back if I can help it.
