My primary care appointments are regularly canceled a few hours before the scheduled time because "Doctor Graziano is not in the office today". This exact excuse has been given several times now. Today my 15 minute phone call to review my lab results was canceled an hour before the scheduled time, and pushed back a month.

As a bonus, I have seen the front desk staff yell at an elderly woman and her care taker for being late to their appointment.

Staff was kind and professional. Lobby was clean and organized. Waiting room was relatively full but we were seen pretty quickly. Got in and out without any issues.

I have been told twice on the phone that they were open for urgent care and I wanted to go there as my primary is there. Both times they had a handwritten sign on the door saying no urgent care. Office staff weren't helpful at all. I had to go to car and google the other urgent care run by Holyoke Medical.

Visited this service as a walk-in. Received prompt evaluation of conjunctivitis an Rx from Dr Graziano, MD. Exam was thorough, respectful, and efficient. Highly recommend this facility and it's professional staff!
