So I’m here in Wisconsin visiting daughter and grandkids. I managed to slip on the second to the last stair and what I initially thought was a sprained ankle was actually broken. This was Monday. Yesterday, Tuesday I received bathroom aids and today, Wednesday a hospital bed was delivered and set up for me by John. They are a caring group of people who provided my needs quickly and with a smile.

Ron took so much time to evaluate and answer the many questions I had since January when I began its use. He listens, answers questions without making me feel like I am ignorant. He congratulated my never missing a day of use. He is so positive and wants those he works with to have positivity also. Quite painless! Ron explained in detail the equipment, maintenance schedule, availability of extras and expectations. He also gave us some tips on traveling with the equipment and even the best place to get distilled water! Very well done.
