Don’t use this place . I went there after asking if the accept Medicare…was told they did. Went to get a nebuluzer. Was told by Nolan that they wouldn’t bill my Medicare because they lost money on that item.. I ask if they accept Medicare and she said yes but that there are “ hundred of items they would not bill Medicare for because they lost money”.. they make the customers pay out of pocket. This is illegal . Which I mentioned to her.. I left and went and got what I needed at another supply house. I later got a call from the owner apologizing but at that point it was clear to see you don’t want to do business with someone who does this.

I have been trying to get a medical equipment rx filled since March 15th with this place. Last week they said they would fill it, I called back today and they still had not processed my insurance and promised me a call back today. Like all the other times that call didn't happen again today. The number of hours a day they are open is also not convenient for all of their customers.

Worst company for cpap supplies. Have been patient for months trying to get supplies and it takes forever!!! Not helpful at all!!!
