Home Care professionals is an amazing agency to work with. They were able to come out to my parents’ home the day my mom was released from the hospital. We had determined that she needed extra care, and they were able to set it up to begin right away. The caregivers were amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly very caring. The team is very easy to work with and super responsive and friendly. When we were seeking care for Barbara Home-care Professionals was the #1 company recommended. We made the right choice. The interview with Michelle Brammier was very thorough, informative and professional.
The scheduling coordinator Nicole Apodaca has provided us with excellent care personnel who are very compatible with Barbara. They engage her in conversation, play card and board games with her which I deem extremely important as it keeps her mentally engaged and alert.
In regards to her personal hygiene, moving her in and out of bed, onto the wheelchair, and recliner, they all have been very gentle and compassionate. They also take her on walks around the neighborhood as well as helping her with the therapy exercises recommended by the physical therapist.
Nicole is to be highly commended for the excellent service she provides.
Needless to say we are very satisfied with Home Care Professionals. I highly recommend them.
