We love the friendly, professional service we received at Hometown Urgent Care. The wait time was less than 5 minutes and the whole visit only took 30 minutes. This includes blood work and other testing. Thank you!

I needed to schedule an appointment to get tested for the flu. The rude woman that answered the phone said they couldn't find me in their system & aren't taking new patients. I have been there multiple times, really unpleasant experience.

I went in today for a couple different things including sore foot and migraines (getting old). I could not have been more impressed with the staff and especially Kayla.

I had an appointment the previous week that was canceled because another patient had a medical emergency. Most clinics would have made me wait for hours while they sorted it out and honestly, although slightly disappointed, I was relieved that I wasn't neglected for 3 hours waiting.

The 1st thing that happened today was Kayla gave a sincere apology and I really appreciated that (great service recovery).

She gave a thorough exam and was very professional. She was easy to talk with and way less rigid than most Doctors or nurses.

I will gladly utilize them for all of my non-emergency needs.

The service was so great I obviously felt compelled to write this review.

I will be recommending Hometown Family Medicine to all my friends and neighbors.

I totally agree with Josh. Kala is the only primary care provider that I have had in the past 40 years that seemed to care and treated me as a person. I hadn’t been to a primary care doctor in 20 years and then I decided to do something about my blood pressure and Kala has been great.

In my Opinion, absolutely horrible! Don't waste your time or money. I went in for knee pain related to muscle spams around it and never asked for pain killers. Just a muscle relaxant. I never saw a Doctor. Nurse wouldn't let me. Nurse just came back to relay a message of ...Dr. said to take Tylenol.

Dr Blakley and her staff took the time to get to know me and learn about my family and their past medical history. It was very comforting to have a Doctor who has bedside manner's and makes you feel like she is ginune. She really made me feel like she is concerned about what's best for me. It's nice to not feel like someone's paycheck.

I have nothing but the highest praise FOR HFM. I'm a commercial truck driver and realized my med card would expire the next day. I called and was told to come in and they would get me in. I left here feeling like they had known me (and me them) my entire life. Very friendly and professional. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone.
