If you have the opportunity to get your medical supplies from a different company please do so. This company 1 has had my telephone number since day 1 and never reached out in regards to a balance I owed after retiring from the military. They just sent it straight to collections. After speaking with them today (09/17/24) about an invoice they swore they didn’t send I sent them a email of the invoice which they agreed came from their office, but did not know who sent it because that employee did not update my account saying they sent an invoice. On top of that they are reporting a higher balance to the collection agency than what I owe. When I first spoke to Donica back in June she made the comment she knows the people at the collection agency which makes me think something isn’t right. So be careful don’t use this company. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB. And let me also say I’m not trying to get out of paying what I owe but can’t do so because the collection agency has the incorrect balance and Donica says I can’t pay them directly but yet the invoice says I can.

I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with this company! I ordered my breast pump through my insurance and it was delivered directly to my home within a week. The pump came packaged with all of the attachments and a bag. During my breast feeding twins journey, I lost a few pieces and I called them and they allowed me to come to the building and purchase the pieces from them. They gave me no trouble and were very professional. I love that our community has a small business like this so that we can retrieve our medical equipment easily. Thank you all so much for the help!

Sasha was really helpful. I wasn’t sure what to expect since my provider at a military hospital in NC handed me a piece of paper (no pictures, detailed descriptions or idea of what my insurance covered lol) and told me to fill it out. Weird experience over here on this side, but once they faxed it to this place Sasha called personally to clarify any questions I had and make sure I had all the right sizes and such.

Whoever packed the box did a great job also. They shipped it to my home in NC. I’m already loving the support belt. Excited to use the pillow (I had no idea what it was going to be like… the order form the hospital gave me just said “pregnancy support wedge” and I was like ‍♀️ sounds great and checked the box. I ordered a pregnancy pillow on Amazon that was way too heavy and hot. This one is a nice jersey material that seems breathable.

The socks for circulation are nice too. Very soft and easy to put on. I had compression socks from when I used to run, but these are way easier to get on and comfortable.

So if you’re ordering from afar - it’ll ✨probably✨ turn out ok! Haha

The environment was comfortable. The staff were very polite and welcoming. When I went back to get my Cpap the nurse was very informative and explained everything in detail. I had an excellent experience. Thank you for everything.

I was told by my provider two weeks ago that I would hear from them by the end of last week. They did leave a voicemail on my phone Thursday. I called back Friday and was not able to reach anyone, but I tried Monday and got through. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I did not have any issues getting my TENS unit and the instructions for using it. I would use their services again.

The staff here are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional to the highest degree. Very easy to work with and helped explain my new CPAP with ease. I left their facility feeling extremely confident in my new CPAP and had every question answered. Hometown should be your go to for any and every piece of medical equipment you can get!
