Despite the name they’re not very honest. I purchased lead testing supplies specifically from Honest Medical because they stated on their website that if the expiration date wasn’t at least a year long out I could contact them for a replacement. We are a small clinic that doesn’t use lead testing frequently so long expiration dates are important to us. When our supplies arrived, the expiration date was only 6 months out. I contacted customer support who said that they’ve never been able guarantee any expiration date on their products and they couldn’t offer me a replacement. I returned to their website and in between my email and their response they had changed the wording on their website to state that they couldn’t guarantee expiration date! I had a screen shot of the original wording stating that they guaranteed expiration date to be at least a year out and sent this to customer service. I received a rude email back and they never replaced my product.

We ordered 1 IV pole for our recently launched mobile concierge IV hydration company. Honest Medical accidentally sent us 1 case with 12 poles instead of just 1 pole. We called and let them know about this error and asked what they would like us to do with the 11 IV poles we did not purchase. They immediately acknowledged the error and graciously told us to keep or donate the extra poles. This company is true to its name! Honest through and through! And we are now lifetime customers. Honest medical has my business if i ever need medical supplies in the future! I needed to find some saline for my dog’s nebulizer when he came down with pneumonia and couldn’t find anything local and fast. I was desperate so just walked in as a last resort with no back up plan. The 2 gentlemen were so friendly and helpful, they hooked my dog up! I will be forever grateful as they likely helped save his life. Thank you Honest!!!!
