Love their urgent care, very poor PCP experience.
Do not recommend Dr Patterson for any womens well-checks as he was vocal about his lack of knowledge about female hormones and refused to order basic hormone labs for me to have the recent value. He referred me to Honor Health OB that was not accepting new clients and still didn't get the labs I needed due to needing to find a more specialized/competent PCP. Will now be waiting 3 months to get 1 more lab. Shared experience on their survey and received no response or acknowledgement.

Updated: Honor health replied to this comment and has not responded to my email with this information again about my poor experience. They still don't care about it!

I arrived late to my appointment due to circumstances beyond my control. I always arrive 10 to 15 minutes before my medical appointments. This time, it was not to be. I was told that the grace period is 10 minutes. I was 2 minutes beyond that. I sat while Brenda, the receptionist, found a moment to speak with the medical assistant to see if they could still see me. After 5 minutes, I found out that I would have to reschedule. The alternate date did not work for me; it would be another month before I could be seen again. I have lived with the pain long enough that it doesn't matter anymore. I like how Honor Health can quickly dismiss me for being late, but it does not matter that at each and every appointment, I have been made to wait well beyond a 10-minute grace period... I like the care I receive from Dr. Patterson, but it may be time to find a kinder, gentler office.

Dr. Marvin and her team are simply outstanding. I was able to sit down with her and explain what symptoms and issues that I was having. We went over my medications and found out that two of them were doing more harm than good. We came up with a new plan that will actually help me feel better. More importantly though, is that she actually took the time to really listen to my concerns, a lot of times doctors are very rushed, and they do not really hear you. Her assistants, are exceptional, from the assistants at the front desk, to the nurses and assistants in the back part of the office. Sometimes when you are a new patient and seeing a new doctor for the first time it can be very overwhelming.

I had A LOT of anxiety going into this appointment. I’m getting older I just had a bunch of kids back to back and I had been putting off all of my health issues. Setting the appointment was easy. Getting to the office was easy. By walking through the door was amazing. Stephanie greeted me with a smile. All of the people behind the desk were laughing and smiling. Check in was easy. The medical assistant who checked my vitals and took notes for my appointment, I believe her name was Sheenie, was so sweet and listened and saw how anxious I was and just made me comfortable. Dr. Al-Ani was fantastic as well. He listened and to my amazement thought before he spoke to me. He didn’t dismiss me or how I felt and even complimented me on how well I was handling the kids being born so close together and respected how I felt. I cannot say enough positives about this place and this staff! Thank you!

My husband and I met with a new doctor, Al-Ani. He was wonderful! Very calm, polite and concerned with whatever we brought up. Not like most doctors who barely spend a minute with you and leave. The staff was all very nice and pleasant as well.

I met with Dr. Patterson and he was phenomenal! He was patient, caring and easy to talk too. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The waiting room was a bit chaotic but overall my visit with the dr and his nurse was very pleasant and I was in and out. I think overall between waiting to go back, seeing the dr, and getting some blood work it wasn’t more than 10 mins of wait time altogether. Dr. Patterson was very thorough and thoughtful and his nurse Margo was very kind and accommodating. This is a great team and I appreciate the level of care I received. I don’t go to the dr’s that often but I’ve worked in healthcare and have seen how providers can treat patients like a number or case and not like a human. I was kind of stunned coming out of my appt to feel the way I did and to get a quick follow up and notes about my labs when I typically wait a couple of weeks and just get a call saying I’m fine no need to call us back. This is a great group from what I can tell based on my experience!

This was my first time coming to this doctors office and I was SO HAPPY with everyone who worked there. The receptionist were outstanding the nurses were outstanding.Dr Nevedita Saraswat was AMAZING and explained everything. She made me feel so comfortable especially since doctor visits aren’t my favorite thing to do. I wanted to say a special thank you to Aeja H. and Rochelle. Plus all those hard working ladies who works up front. I most definitely would recommend this office.

Clinic was on time and Margot was great. Dr. Patterson was awesome and addressed my needs without a fight. They got me in and with blood work very quickly. I think I'll keep them!
