Dr Zweig has been great, very understanding, and has great communication. If the review was just about Dr. Zweig, I’d be giving 5 stars. Everything about the office and staff are first rate except for the phlebotomist. Not only was he quite short with me when I asked a question, he outright lied to my face about not having any butterfly needles. He told me the office doesn’t carry them and that he only uses the one size. So I know you’re not using a standard size on kids, so why lie? It was later (3:45ish)in the day, and I understand everyone has their days, but he’s had a few. I’m quite familiar with the process and was not trying to tell him how to do his job. It’s common to have an arm preference and certain places are a bit more sensitive than others but he didn’t seem to care where I suggested or about anything else I had questions about. He just wanted to get me out of his office as quickly as possible. I told him I don’t mind the stick at all, just don’t dig. That’s exactly what he did through all 8 viles. He pulled the needle in and out to make the blood come out faster and each time he did it, he hit a nerve. I’m starting to see stars and lights at this point and he stands up and hands me an ice pack. I told him I felt really dizzy and needed to sit, he kept trying to make me lean back but I was nauseous now so I couldn’t. He came back a few moments later with a wheel chair and that’s the last I saw of him. Dr Zweig’s assistant was so helpful and kind. I’ve never had any kind of reaction to needles like that ever ever ever. Maybe if he wouldn’t have lied about what needles they carry or maybe take your time inserting someone with a needle who is kinda sensitive. I will never again let that man take my blood or anything else from me.

Rude. Condescending. Insensitive. Rushed. He is very much lacking a bedside manner. I took the picture of my arm when I got home from the appointment. It was swollen and bruised already. 3 weeks later the bruising is gone but it’s still swollen. The wonderful people at Sonoran Quest Labs will be my new go to. Jessica was very helpful and didn’t even leave a mark.

Is it wrong that I want to confront the guy and ask him why he treated me so poorly? Never would I do that but, everything he did was wrong. But as I mentioned earlier, I’m not trying to be a Karen, I’ll settle for a slightly pissed off, bruised, and swollen pin cushion.

Lastly I wanted to again thank everyone else in the office and the rest of the staff there. Everyone is always very polite and considerate. I have also had the pleasure of seeing LPN Alisha Lipsey a time or two, the previous, year and she was absolutely wonderful as well. Truthfully, Dr Zweig, Alisha Lipsey, and the front desk staff deserve 5 stars all the way around. The phlebotomist deserves sofa pizza.

Amazing staff especially my New PCP Dr. Zweig. Very thorough and asked questions I’ve never had a PCP ask before that really impressed me and made me feel like I was at the right place. The guy who draws blood is an absolute magician. Never have I had blood drawn and never felt anything it was quite amazing. Just overall great experience for first time patient ?

My experience with this office today was OUTSTANDING! It started with the check in and Amanda was welcoming and friendly great customer service. Then the medical assistant (forgot her name my apologies ) she too was friendly and welcoming excellent customer service. Then the doctor came in and introduced herself and her student who was shadowing her. Dr. Lipsey was welcoming, kind and listened to my health concerns. She was professional and efficient then shared her treatment plan for me however, what I enjoyed the most was that I was able to make the ultimate decision. I know now why HonorHealth has been voted the best. These employees show that they are caring, welcoming and place the patient first because of the EXCELLENT service that Dr. Lipsey and her staff provided to me today! I came home after my visit and shared with my family the AMAZING experience I had. I recommend this spectacular office to anyone looking for a PCP you will not be disappointed! THANK YOU to all the staff for my wonderful experience at your office today.

I was helped promptly when I arrived. I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. I didn’t have to wait long in the exam room before I saw the PA. Heather treated me professionally, was friendly and asked questions about my health and wellness. I was establishing care with her for the first time. She suggested a tetanus shot as well as a shingles vaccine, I had both done. She got me an order for a mammogram and told me I should get a blood panel in their office sometime, just being able to walk in. It was a quick, efficient appointment. I felt she cared about my health and well being. I had a great experience.
