Okay, so the hospital looks like it needs a total complete overhaul. The cafeteria is very poorly sad, not very tempting for anyone to eat there with such an odd smell and not much variety at all. My experience in the ER wasn't very pleasant due to me being in such excruciating pain. However, I felt like I was in one of those horrible horror movies where a traveler got hurt and went to a hospital that was so run down creepy looking. The ER needs to get a full renovation. The entire place did not look like it would feel like a place that gives such a non sanitary vibe. When I got there I waited for almost two hours. When the nurse intake got me, she didn't have a good attitude. As she was assessing me, I felt like she was bothered by me being g in such a state. No compassion, and I felt she didn't care but felt that she just had to just do her job to get it done and over with. When she wheeled me to a room, she knew I wasn't able to get up unless I got help. I had to push through the pain to get up, and as she just took the wheel chair from under me, I was struggling to hold on almost about to fall. She just left me in the room, not making sure she made sure I was in the bed or anything. I was calling out for help and a few nurses just gave me the look but didn't bothered to check on me as I was calling out I wasn't screaming or anything I simply just asked in a high steady toned voice a nurse told me I can't be yelling because there's other patients here and you need to not be screaming. I told her I wasn't screaming in calling for help as I'm in such excruciating pain. I was holding on off the side of the bed. I felt like I was going to fall. She told me well you need to wait and not be screaming. I told her I didn't like her attitude. I want another nurse she informed me that well in your nurse, and there's no one else, so that's that. I told her I don't like her attitude and I don't feel comfortable with her being my nurse and explained to her I didn't want to fall and add injuries to myself do to being neglected and not making sure I'm completely secured and safe. I also think that just because a patient asks for help, no one should treat a patient like that. As I got to see I had no choice, I stayed with that nurse. We apologized and moved on. I get that the health care soldiers that go through a lo. However, that doesn't justify the type of treatment and care one goes through. I believe they should pay more attention and handling there patients with understanding, compassion and support I believe that they can keep achieving their goals and with a good environment setting in the work place they need to be in because they work In that ER and seeing a place that isn't well up to part doesn't provide any good feelings about doing anything. They need to have a good environment to work in to provide the utmost best care to all that's in need.

On Sunday early morning on the way home a family member had an epileptic seizure in my car she was transported to this emergency room by paramedics the nurse who took care of her was very unprofessional she was very rude ! Her name was Haley , she acted like she was being bothered, that she didn’t believe my family member was epileptic !! Other staff present pretended to not care nor notice!? If in need of emergency help I would highly suggest go somewhere else because of their lack of motivation to treat patients with care anyone can lose a love one!! DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL FACILITY

Was a terrible experience the ER doctor at the time must have assumed or stereotyped me to be some type of drug addict or something. I have sickle cell anemia and was returning because the chest reached a level that was too much to manage at home. However when I got there he refused to follow any of the typical procedures when treating a sickle cell patient. Gave me no IV fluids took no chest X-ray seeing that I came in complaining of severe chest pain and difficulty breathing and refused to give me oxygen because my O2 level on the monitor was at 91 which to him was good enough. He did give two medications both of which aren’t strong enough to handle pain of that caliber and could have clearly seen in my medical history what other doctors have prescribed to manage the pain. When I asked to speak with me to question his methods for treatment. He told me he didn’t want to argue and that “it wasn’t his problem” so I checked myself out and went to Banner health the next day where I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Never been the one to leave bad reviews but in this case buddy was literally playing with my life. Wish I could remember his name but didn’t really have a chance to get it with how little time he spent in my room. Respectfully he needs more soft skill training when dealing with patients. And the fact I got diagnosed a day later with pneumonia his license to practice needs to be under consideration. What happens if I had fallen out short of breath or something worse. Unacceptable in numerous ways and whoever reads this I highly recommend you go to a different hospital.

I would give 0 stars if possible, Went to this place after a sports injury to my finger and after waiting 3 hours took an X-ray and then the doctor said its just jammed and insisted there is no fracture multiple times even after I told how I felt it was really painful. 1 month later finger was still swollen and took another X-ray from ASU health services and they said it was fractured and partially dislocated and I now require surgery to fix it. Do not go to this hell hole of an emergency room, as the doctors there are NOT QUALIFIED at all.

Horrible service from start to finish. My husband had severe vomiting and diarrhea. They left him lying in the waiting room for an hour. That’s how they treat an Active Duty service member. You will not be treated well here, more will your emergency be an emergency to any of the staff.

Urge you to go somewhere else!

This place was good until it came to the main doctor with tatted eyebrows on. I was telling her my symptoms and test results and she came in with a super aggressive sassy attitude telling my I’m wrong or it doesn’t look like that but in an aggressive way. Then she threatens to not treat me saying “do you want treatment or not” after I asked her why she has such an attitude as I’m just tryna figure out what’s wrong. Other than the main doctor the rest of the staff was good and professional

The doctors were very nice and respectful, the charge nurse Peter was great. The blood lab person needs lessons in manners and care, cold as ice in treatment. Intake RN also needs lessons when someone needs to use the restroom you don't tell them to wait until THEY are ready to assist you. Bad building issues A/C not working, building in awful disrepair feels unsafe. Will not return ever.
