I recently visited HonorHealth for a non-emergency health issue, and I was very impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. They quickly checked me in and helped with my insurance information.

The wait time was less than 15 minutes—despite it being a busy time. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and safe.

The medical team, including the nurse and physician, were professional and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my condition and treatment options thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the next eps. The doctor also provided clear instructions for follow-up care.

Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, especially considering the convenience and accessibility of urgent care for non-life-threatening issues. I left feeling confident in the care I received, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this center to others.

I went to Urgent Care for nausea, I'd been having for days. I appreciate Dr. Ostin great bedside manor thank you for going the extra miles and taking a chest X-ray I had pneumonia. I was seen and was out in about an hour. The staff was great. Thank you for the great care. M. Moore

Waste of time and money. I paid $250.00 for them to take my blood pressure and then tell me that they couldn’t help me. The referral to a specialist is 38 miles away and it is a holiday weekend. Someone in my condition does not want to wait until the middle of next week, at best to travel for 38 miles to be seen by a specialist. The recommendation of going to the E.R. should have been given before they pocketed my $250.00. And to not prescribe anything to stop my condition was the wrong choice. I won’t ever waste my time going to a pseudo doctor at any make-believe medical practice aka urgent care ever again. Lesson learned.

Never knew of this location but I'm so glad I found it. The staff was friendly, my daughter was seen within 30 mins, we were in and out. I will for sure return here instead of the emergency across the street.

First time coming here on 9/8/24 i loved this urgent care as I didn't have to wait long to get seen and they prescribed me medication that would help me feel better. Definitely worth coming here if you need to get seen by a doctor if you feel the need to be seen before your next primary care visit.

New management sucks. Have a TV in the waiting room just to promote them more. Put a kids movie on or some sports so people have something to distract them. Rude front desk guy too. Also it’s like 90 degrees in here. Also saw me for 1 min and told me to go to the ER. Wouldn’t give me a refund.
