Great customer service starting at check in to checkout. My visit was very thorough but fast. The diagnosis of the nature of my visit was accurate and I was given the medication I needed and it worked very well.

I will never go back here. It was fast and quick getting in to see a nurse practitioner. I had a fever of 101.7, coughing, tightness and pressure in chest, sore throat, wheezing. Tested negative for flu and strep but insisted I had covid. Sent me home with no meds. Grabbed a test on my way home and it was negative. Called 2 days later, as instructed, talked to the same receptionist twice and said that she was reviewing my file and would call me back. That never happened!!! I then did an online medical visit that night with another nurse practitioner who was shocked they didn't give me anything. I had bronchitis. Within 20 minutes, CVS had ready a zpac, prednisone, albuterol inhaler and cough medicine.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Easy check in. Was seen within a few minutes. The PA was pleasant and knowledgeable and it was a good experience. Prescription was sent in before we finished. And I like the summary of the visit that they texted a link to before I left.
If you need medical attention and can’t get in to your primary doctor sooner ( mine was a two week wait), this is a terrific option

Been to this urgent care several times for myself and my kids. The facility is so clean, and very nice. The drs and staff have been wonderful. We've seen several different providers and have loved them all! Also, we have never had to wait very long. Usually when we go in, we get called back within 15 mins at most. Will def always choose this location as our urgent care!

Quick to be seen. That was nice. The gal who saw me first in the examination room was acting like she was in a big hurry. Short and snippy. Didn’t let me finish when she asked questions. The PA was like so young and I felt inexperienced, ended up making me do and EKG because my pulse was higher than normal. All other vitals good. Then said no real abnormalities on EKG your symptoms are most likely allergy related!! REALLY and EKG No tests whatsoever! No civid, no flu, really Kinda useless visit. Oh well!

Amazing staff! The NP really listened to my concerns and made sure I was going to leave pain free and comfortable. She examined me thoroughly and went over my medication list to make sure I didn’t have any I redactions with what she was giving me. She even came back and realized 1 medication may have some interactions and didn’t prescribe it until she fully explained and saw I understood I couldn’t take that one medication until I was done with the one she was giving me. Overall best urgent care experience I’ve had.
