Made an appointment online for 2:30, I got there and got told that they were running behind, I asked how behind she was not able to say, so the receptionist rescheduled me for 4:30. I left and came back, did all the paperwork etc. I was not seen until almost 5:30! So don't expect your appointment to be on time. The doctor assistant was very professional and felt well treated and diagnosed. She was awesome. They don't allow other than the patient to go back, this was problematic for me as I have a bad memory and my administrator has more knowledge of my health than myself. Yet they wouldn't let her back with me. I however wouldn't hesitate to go back if I am not able to see my PCP or for an emergency that don't need hospitalizations.

My husband and I took our toddler there about an hour ago for ear pain. We were pleasantly surprised to have no wait time. Everyone from the check-in desk, medical assistant, and Vanessa, NP, was friendly and accommodating with not only our almost four year old but with us as well. Thank you for providing quick, compassionate care when our little one wasn't feeling well. As parents, this visit made us feel better, too, thank you!

Melissa is unfortunately rude. Honor Health Refused Care because they don’t have an X-ray machine. The Doctor would not see patient entirely. The police were called on me because I answered questions my Son, could not answer. Melissa never inquired about my Caregiver’s documentation and lied telling them I haven’t shown Her. The entire experience should have gone different as Melissa is a Registrar. Unfortunate for Tolleson to have Doctors sit back and send verbal messages, although the insurance called prior to see if patients could be seen. Honor Health said, Yes. They denied Patient Care upon arrival.
