Christy at the Lafayette Indiana location what's the best customer service person I have encountered in a long long time explain to her that no one would help me get the oxygen that my mother needed she took it upon herself to get all of the information from me I made sure that my mom was taken care of I spoke to her at 4:00 on Monday and by Tuesday my mother had oxygen. I wish there was more people like her in this world that would take the time to do their jobs. And I do not know the gentleman that delivery but he was equally as professional and funny and just all around a great person.

Absolutely the WORST company for oxygen and medical equipment. The delivery guy was so rude and unprofessional. The oxygen concentrator he set up in our home, malfunctioned and blew up within 6 hours of set up. When we called the company, they had no solutions on what to do. We ended up using the portable tanks (which he left 4 and said they last 5 hours each) that were not full when delivered and only lasted about 2 hours each. Thank God I work in Healthcare and was able to bring another concentrator, or else my mother would've ended up back in the hospital or worse possible dead due to the negligence of this company.

12:30 Sunday morning My oxygen machine decided to take a shit. They wanted to come out during the night and bring you another one. No. 11:30 a.m. he brings out a machine that has not been cleaned and smells like a horrible plug-in. I contact them and tell them about it. And here it is Monday evening and I still have not received a different machine. I'm finding a different company.

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from this company I was in a situation where I needed to get oxygen for my girlfriend because she ran out not paying attention to the amount she had left and without it I contacted the people at Hooks about my situation and even though they were closed they volunteered to stay at the store and wait for me so I could get the oxygen needed, because if they didn't things could have been possibly tragic for the person needing the oxygen to live. Thank you good people at hooks

They do not educate you. They get you in for short period to fit the machine to you. Game over. Then i went to receptionist I asked about charges, she just said I have a copayment (nothing about future payments, or insurance), I did inquire but got no response, she avoided answering my questions. So I just made my copayment and left with unanswered questions. Three months into it and I received masks in the mail, I accepted and then got the invoice, holy money $$$. I then received another package in the mail which I wrote "return to sender" with a sharpie, and got billed for it too , I then called and they said I had a short window to return and went over the acceptable date and ended paying for nothing$$$. I then asked to be off their auto system and just now got another bill for something I haven't even received in the mail in the last thirty days.
This place is definitely not customer friendly! Only reason I gave them an 2 star is because I got the machine with my doctors request.
Very dissatisfied customer.

I needed a Bili blanket and Lincare was unfortunately the only people that had one and they were giving me issues. Hooks printed off the order from the doctor for us so that we could give them a copy. Even though hooks didn't get business from me, they were willing to help. They even printed off the discontinue order for me as well because we didn't trust Lincare to actually recieve it.

If hooks ever vet bili blankets, I'd recommend them for that. Their staff is extremely helpful and nice.

Quoted one monthly payment but wasn't informed about the other astronomical charges. People at the Hooks office couldn't clarify, had to call Rotech call center in India, which was even more useless. But they will sure
call and bird dog you relentlessly to purchase their supplies
