I only had two days to visit my very elderly parents in Indy for Christmas Eve & day. Despite being last minute and in the middle of Christmas Holiday, they took my reservation for two scooter so I could enjoy the walk downtown with my parents that I used to be able to do with them over the years. The scooters were at the hotel before we got there and we left them with the concierge when we departed. Very convenient and the equipment was great.

Awesome customer service. My mom needed a wheel chair, I called when they were closed and the next business day they called me back early that morning.I was able to go right to the store and rent a very nice wheel chair the young lady was professional ,patient and the prices were great ,you can rent weekly, monthly and or purchase a wheel chair they have scooters and a lot more equipment to choose from...

I called with questions about the stock of a rollator at the caramel location. Lori was the one to help me and went above and beyond! You can tell that she genuinely cares after going above and beyond to make sure I get some sort of an answer and find what I'm looking for. I was in Indianapolis for a wedding and needed to rent a scooter to get around the downtown area. I called Hoosier Mobility and they were great to work with. They delivered the scooter to my hotel and picked it up when I checked out. The price was very reasonable for the four days. We were able to contact Hoosier Mobility after trying several Indy based companies without any luck. We were able to arrange rental of an electric scooter that made our stay for a multi-day event manageable. The rental, delivery, and pick up process went off without a hitch and the customer service could not have been better. Highly recommend this company.
