Very unprofessional. My wife has been in pain for months. Doctor told her she would have to give him $30.00 for a drug test in order to be prescribed medicine. He never referred her to the right person as he said she called back he was very rude basically blaming her for being in pain.. Stay away from him at all cost.. no concern or patience for the PATIENT.

Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. I called to schedule an appt and gave my insurance information, at the time they told me the insurance was accepted. I showed up for the appt and they tell me they dont accept my insurance and the provider is listed as one of their doctors for Bluecrosss Blue shield. Just a huge inconvenience that could have been avoided if they actually did their job in verifying the patients insurance before scheduling!

Dr.AB has saved my life twice. Last year the emergency room sent me home twice. He sent me to a different hospital and they found multiple blood clots in both lungs and pneumonia. Then last night I was at the ER and the doctor called him and he ordered a CT scan with contrast in the ER. Doctor told him that she had ordered other test and he told her he didn’t care he wanted the CT scan with in with that being done they found a new blood clot. I owe him a lot. He’s a very good doctor. And he has a wonderful staff working with him also.

Please avoid this place at all cost. The intake lady was unaware of how to do the intake. The doctor is unable to take labs in office so uou will be sent somewhere else. And the lady who I think is the doctors wife is the rudest person ever. And told me that because they messed up my medications I don’t have a right to be upset and we are off to a bad start and they won’t have to ever see me or have my business. Because of a mistake she made. And was extremely unhelpful. If you want a great doctors office with professional people this is not the place to go.

I would never go here. EVER. Terrible Doctor and Nurse, both husband and wife need their license stripped from them. There’s a lot of insults being thrown from them and I’ve never felt so much trust broken from such people. Failure to fill prescriptions, not only ignoring phone calls, hanging up in my face and a lot of medical negligence from both the doctor and nurse. Find a Good Doctor and Nurse.

Please avoid this office at all costs. Dr. AB is a wonderful doctor but that wife of his is a conniving & evil know it all. I've seen this man for almost 2 years and never had a problem with anything or anyone in that office prior to her arrival. Every since she's been there I've gotten tons of bills( I have insurance by the way) and no one can explain to me why. So my care has been terminated because I won't back down on my line of questioning. My letter stated that I was rude and hostile to the office manager, which is the wife. So my insurance company and attorney will be handling them accordingly. Its sad that this doctor is letting his wife ruin his good name. And Hope please be careful with your response to my review because I know that you will respond with a bunch lies!!!!
