Was seeing NP Bethany Dean in summer 2023 . She preformed a routine papsmear on me...while using her cellphone as a flashlight!!
The MAs were in and out of the room and kept leaving the door open while I was naked from the waist down on the exam table!

Afrer speaking to the director of the clinic directly in her office about the above instance, NOTHING was done about this issue and there was no follow up!!!!

Later I saw Bethany Dean again, and she could not help me. Bethany completely gas lit me and told me to see a psycho therapist for my dizziness. After seeing my neurologist, my vertigo has resolved. However,my health issues seem to have been out of Bethany Dean"s scope of practice and instead of admitting that, she told me I needed therapy. Not to mention, she also refused to treat me.

Some of the provider's here are okay, some are not. I have had good a experience with the endocrinologist.

Love the staff and blood work and vaccination people but felt super disrespected because I was waiting over 30 mins for blood work when I had an appointment and someone totally cut me in line when I said I had an appointment kind of hate being inconvenienced and waiting around for such a long time where I have places to be and other things to do they won’t make you a priority here

The Hopelight Clinic is an enormous gift to our community. Not only do they have kind and caring staff, the practitioners often have medical students along, gaining knowledge while the patients have access to affordable health care.

I will say that some practitioners are infinitely better than others. If you see one who isn't a good fit, don't be discouraged.

In addition to affordable medical care, they also now have an excellent psychiatric nurse practitioner who is now providing mental health care.

I'm still reeling from the wonderful care I received at Hopelight. They treated me with the utmost respect and addressed every concern I had. I received top notch care. I am SO impressed with this clinic. I've been to other clinics in the area before and was treated like I wasn't a person. I cringed at the thought of going to another. I just happened to find Hopelight while searching on the internet. I am so thankful I found them.

What a wonderful place. I took my kid here because I thought she had strep. It turned out she did not, but everyone there is really nice. I am not sure how anyone can leave these people a bad review. What they are doing is amazing.

Went in for my grandson, ear infection and bronchitis, was sent home with a referral for an allergist! This was last Tuesday. Thursday we had to go to urgent care to get the medicine we should of gotten from the Dr. at hope light! Three different meds. Urgent care on Main Street was excellent!So sad! Will never go back to hope light for any treatment again. This isn’t the first time I’ve questioned the way things were handled there.

Absolutely horrible place to go for care. I contacted the office multiple times and went into the clinic trying to get a refill on my prescription and they still couldn’t seem to do anything about it regardless whom I spoke with. I called once again for a refill as I was going out of town and needed my meds. The nurse refused to try getting my script and simply told me to set an appt with my dr. I tried explaining I’ve already seen my dr for it and she just hasn’t sent my refill over as she was supposed to have. This ensued to where she kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me get a word in and was so incredibly rude. I couldn’t believe I was treated in the appalling manner I was. Don’t go here. You’re going to get half the staff that is lovely and helpful and caring, while on the latter, you may just get an angry nurse or negligent dr that doesn’t care about you to any degree.
