This has been my Doctors office since 2019, and Angela Webb is awesome! But the office on the other hand is a circus. Whenever I try to schedule my typical 4 week follow up appointment I'm always told, oh Angela doesn't have an opening until 4 weeks after my check up appointment is supposed to take place. That's ridiculous, especially for someone on daily meds that they have to take and can't just stop taking.

The last 3 times I've tried to schedule my follow up it's been like this. And they expect me to just call for a bridge, but the meds I'm on don't work like that, they can't just hand them out without a prescription and seeing the doctor.

It's just very disappointing what once used to be a great place is now headed downhill severely, and the people in the office couldn't care less.

We've been really happy with the care we've gotten at Horizon. The office team, the back office, and Allison Scott have all been super professional and helpful every time we've been there. Allison is really honest and genuinely cares about the level of care she provides. Oh, and that sweet lady at the front desk, I always forget to ask her name, but every time she sets up our next appointment or handles our payment, she's just so pleasant & kind. Overall, our experiences at Horizon have been fantastic, and we truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

I am an active patient here. I can truly only give 2 stars honestly. Today was my last disappointed visit. They will do everything wrong and make it seem like it wasn't a big deal at the end of the day. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE IF YOU DESIRE PERSONAL HELP AND CARE WITH MENTAL HEALTH.

Literally every part of the health center made mistakes today. I was lied to twice now about the doctor visit being in person. Came all the way down and yet again the appointment was over xoom on a computer. The MA who took my blood pressure apologized too many times it seemed fake. Then she walks back to the computer monitor turns the doctor on without even letting me know still mid conversation. I wasn't even ready. Then the pharmacy doesn't even come meet me face to face and just yells my information from the counter. Tells me it's gonna be 45 minutes and to wait in the lobby.

Like I have been coming here for 3 + years now and this is the treatment towards me. Just imagine going here and bringing your child they don't CARE whatsoever. The lady at the front desk says there is no water or bottles or anything just a water fountain by the restroom. 5 minutes later a higher up offers me a water bottle? So what is it?

I'm done with this place this is my final rating 2 stars. They honestly didn't even help much at all over the years. Terrible service terrible mental healthcare.

A homeless guy was sleeping in the lobby btw too lol. I'm just being honest if you read this don't go here. Waste of time and years the counselors don't even show up on time.

I have been going here for multiple services for several years and I won’t go anywhere else. The team here is fantastic in every way! They care and take time to listen always greet you like your a family member and everyone communicates on your behalf between doctors. Thank you to Angela and everyone here for helping and caring enough to save my life !

Horrible, you can’t even get through to them. I got in once to see my provider. She was ok but in a hurry. Now I have a pretty urgent need and can’t get through to them. I have called 6 times since 8am (now 10:30)on hold ranging from 5 to 9 minutes never getting an answer. I am done with them. If they manage the rest of their business like the front desk then this place is all about working short staffed and numbers and you will be just a number with a dollar sign at this. Changing clinic and provider immediately!

People who truly care about their patients. this is office full of doctors, nurses, and ealthcare professionals. The doctors are straight for in. Do not judge you when you are going through personal life issues. They are ethical in their choice of prescriptions. They don't seem to push anything on their patients & and educate you on why and what they are prescribing you.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I know I will continue to get my healthcare from Horizon H&W.

horrible place. i went for my fist time and they were in a hurry to finish my appt and then i didnt even see a doctor i saw a MA. i went in for my thyroid and they just put my on the lowest dose and never did a redraw of my tsh levels. and now i been calling to get a refill and can never get through to them.
