Despite being a current existing patient for the past few years, I was denied help and I was told they could not give me an appointment. I was referred to this office by my primary. I am incredibly frustrated. The receptionist was not friendly nor helpful. If anything, she was quite cold and I am honestly so disappointed.

Im not a patient but I made an appointment for my daughter almost 2 months ago. She was having some very hard, personal issues, which I explained, and the young woman who helped me when I called was amazing. She was kind, caring and assured me that they would do their best to help my daughter out. And they did just that. From the moment we walked in I was greeted by the same young woman that made the appointment (I asked! So sorry I forgot your name!) She even went as far as to call our primary care office and retrieve the referral information for me because I expressed how stressed out I was about possibly receiving a bill. By the time we came out of the exam room she had the confirmation numbers ready for me! Such a relief. The medical assistant was also very sweet and caring, I can’t stress it enough.
The whole visit was thorough, informative and compassionate, on everyone’s part. Deb the doctor we saw was also nothing short of amazing as well!! So funny, kind and genuinely seems like she cares. All in all a great experience and we feel blessed to have found this practice.

I called on 3/10/23 to schedule an appt and had my 1st visit today 4/12/23. They had a cancellation on 3/28/23 but I was out of town. I think that a month wait is reasonable for a specialist. I found scheduling to be easier when you text them through their app than when you call because it's hard to get someone on the phone sometimes.

I just had my 1st visit today w/Anna Charyk NP. It was a lot faster to get an appt w/Anna than to wait for Dr. Aslami. Anna was knowledgeable and I felt that the quality of care that I received was comparable to that of an MD. She knew exactly what labs to order for my condition. They have an in-house lab, Tammy the phlebotomist is great. Holly the medical assistant was efficient and I have no complaints. Their front desk staff, Sherri and Michelle is responsive and are very nice. Sherri is my fave. They sent all my intake paperwork through a secure app called Klara where I was also able to upload my insurance card and any pertinent paperwork prior to the visit. I am glad that I found this place. Everyone that works here is efficient and most importantly, kind.

Went to this office for the first time today. The woman at the front desk, the medical assistant, and Dr Eslami were all wonderful! I felt comfortable instantly there and they were all very personable, knowledgeable and kind. Dr Eslami seemed to really listen and also explained things so much better than my previous Dr. So far I am very happy I switched to this Dr!

I had a wonderful experience at Horizons Health today. I was a little nervous because I had read some bad reviews about one of the practitioners.
From the front desk staff to the medical assistant ( wish I could remember her name) it was great.
The P.A., Debra Palfrey, was professional, thorough in her exam and most important to me, listened to me!
