This is a Great company to deal with!! My hospital bed was not working well lately and I couldn't take a chance on how much longer it was going to work. So I reached out to Kyle who helped me out when my dad needed to rent some things from them. Kyle first said the earliest he could get me a new bed would be 7pm tonight. After talking with him this morning I get a phone from the office that they were having someone deliver a new bed to me a little after noon time. All the people involved in getting this done for me are great people. Now I can sleep tonight with no worries. A big Thanks to All!!

RUN, DO NOT WALK, THE OTHER WAY. This company is a scam. I rented a hospital bed for my sick mom for 8 months. When my parents had to move out of their house into assisted living, I called the company to remove the bed, and told them it needed to be removed by a certain date as they were selling their house. The company did not come to pick it up on time, and my parents were left with no choice but to pay some workers at their house to move it into their garage. When the company came to pick up the bed, they were rude to my father and complained about the bed having been moved. They then charged me $500 for "damages" to the bed, but there were NO DAMAGES. I was just sent an invoice. When I asked for proof of damages, they did not provide and said they would not respond to me further.

I cannot fathom how a company could charge someone for damages without documenting any such damages. Everyone here should watch out - if they will just send you a bill without any photos, any proof of damages, then you are just setting yourself up to be paying for a fraudulent charge. They could care less that this is incredibly disturbing to my elderly parents, and despite having paid thousands of dollars for a long-term rental, have refused to even provide proof for what they're charging us for.

Oh, and when I questioned this charge and disputed the claim of damages, they told me I lacked integrity!

UPDATE: 6/14
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which Prosperity ignored. I then filed a complain with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and several weeks later the company refunded me my money.
