Dr Schaffner and his office staff are fantastic. They are all very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind, that's really great since I am a bit of a chicken. Dr Schaffner explains what he's doing, takes his time and does a wonderful job. I have been to the office twice now, and am very impressed with the results. When I made the appointment, Jeanette got me in quickly, and on appointment day there was no waiting. Angelina, the dental assistant, was very professional and friendly, and even let my husband know everything was fine.

Dr. Higa is awesome! He’s been great with our special needs son and our son has even overcome his extreme fear of going to the dentist which has been such a blessing for him and us. We are so grateful that our son now is able to get his teeth cleaned and checked without any issues 😊🙏

Wish I could rate the office higher, Dr. Higa is great. But something odd is happening in office.....they've lost two hygienists in a short time, and they've cancelled appointments left and right.

Also, they very oddly will NOT send a bill any more unless you insist on it, they call you, tell you that you owe money and ask for payment. Who would pay a balance without seeing a bill to understand how insurance and any previous payment was applied first? Just very unusual.

Was having a toothache issue. Called them on Monday. They got me in on Tuesday. Super friendly staff. Great dentist. My dentist in SF had mentioned I had 3 teeth with issues. Dr. Schaffer said there was only on item we need to watch. Saved me $$$ not needing 2 unneeded crowns.

I broke off a pretty large chunk of one of my middle front teeth. I was able to get in the next day and Dr. Schaffner repaired it very quickly. It's amazing, you can't tell the tooth was ever damaged.

I love this dental office. I recently lost a crown that another dental office put in. Dr Shaffner saw me on the same day that I called. He is so kind, gentle and considerate. He filed and polished my existing crown and recemented it. He kindly dried the area with a cotton swab so that he would not blast cold air on the uncovered tooth. I didn’t even need the area frozen. Also his hygienist is amazing. My husband and I have been patients of the Rancho Mirage office for many years. We have always been treated well by the friendly and professional staff. It is almost a delight to visit this dental office.

I have been coming here since I moved to the desert in 2019, originally recommended by my boss. They’ve always done a great job. My dental needs are usually confined to just routine cleaning and X-rays with an occasional filling replaced. They do a great job of everything and their back office is on-point and efficient too. I would definitely recommend them. And I have.

Wonderful experience at Hospitality Dental! I called in early morning on a Friday with a horrible tooth ache that was needing immediate attention. The team at Hospitality got me in THAT MORNING, and knowing I was in pain, immediately gave me Novocain to get me out of the discomfort I was in. From my first call with the team I knew I was going to be in good hands. They were professional, kind, compassionate, and it was obvious their goal was to get me out of pain and find a cost effective solution. They were transparent and gave me options with detailed explanations of what each option would entail. I’ve had a horrible few years in the desert with dentists. It seems that lately they act like used car salesmen. I’m so happy that was not at all my experience with hospitality Dental. I’ve found my new dentist!
